I recently bought a new gaming laptop and now I have problems with the mic. The mic works fine on other PCs. I tested another Razer headset with a jack plug on my new laptop and the mic worked fine. I tested yet another Razer headset with a USB plug (different model) and had the same issue with the mic. I contacted customer service for the laptop and they said there is no problem with the laptop. I can’t figure out what is wrong. I thought maybe the Kraken X USB is not compatible with windows 11 or something but like I said, it works fine on other PCs which are also windows 11. Also, I don’t know if this is relevant but the headset does not show up on Razer Synapse. Any ideas about what is wrong?

Hey,
Try using the Device Detection Troubleshoot Tool. You can also reinstall your headset drivers. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
