Hello Razer Fam! I've got a Razer Seiren X microphone and wanted to use my headphones that use the 3.5mm aux. The microphone uses a micro usb for connection and I've tried using different usb ports on the desktop and still nothing. When I plug my headphones into the microphone nothing happens, I get no sound what so ever. I tried the headphones on other devices to make sure it wasnt broken and they work fine. Anyone have any ideas on what I could do or what I could be doing wrong? (not sure if it matters) Windows 10 Desktop i7 16gb ram 1080Ti

I’m currently attempting to update my Kiyo firmware because I need to disable auto low light adjustment. Every time I try, it keeps saying to contact razer support, however it also says I’m not covered by warranty when I put my serial number in. Anyone know a work around or possible solution?

I am trying to set up Kiyo Pro and, preferably, Synapse for use during Zoom sessions. Kiyo Pro works fine in Zoom but Zoom doesn't 'recognize' it as a camera. It only is usable as a generic "USB Video Device" I am not able to add Synapse as a camera in Zoom. Previously I have added and used Snap Camera, XSplit VCam, and Logi Capture (although not with Kiyo Pro) Any ideas why Zoom doesn't recognize Kiyo Pro or Synapse?

so I recently bought the ripsaw he, I’ve been running the hd60s for about a year now and never had any issues with capturing smooth footage before, now the new card is having serious lag and freezing issues. I’ve tried changing every setting in a multitude of ways, tried different recording software, slobs, obs and elgato game capture and they all have the same issues. The pass through for 4K is working fine and I’m not dropping any frames according to the frame counters, not sure if it’s a card problem or a software issue but any help or advice would be appreciated.

The instructions that came with my Kiyo say "Visit razerzone.com/razer-kiyo to check out all the camera and third-party applications compatible with your Razer Kiyo that enable you camera's various features". But when I go to that URL, there's no such list. Does this exist somewhere? I've tried to Google and come up short.

Hey,I got my new Razer Seiren V2 Pro today and i got big Issues with Razer Synapse.Since i plugged in the Seiren V2 Pro my synapse is reacting very slow When i click on Streaming the options of my mic are loading for ever. After 15min its still loadingI tired several USB Ports on my Asus Hero XII Mainboard and i reinstalled Synapse.  Anyone knows how to solve it? BR Patrick :) 

I have a couple questions about this mic: 1) Is there Razer Synapse support? 2) When my system boots up the mic is off mute -- Is there a way to mute this mic by default?

I have my Kiyo positioned over my monitor, and I have noticed several times today, that when I sign into Windows, the indicator light on the Kiyo would turn on. I check to make sure Teams isn't using the camera, then I checked Synapse, and hit disable preview and the light went off. It was like Synapse was automatically turning on the camera preview even if it was background. Anyone else seen this before?

Hey there, i'm new to this forum. I have a lot of razer product but i did not ever buy a Razer capture card Let me go straight to the point: i'm an italian retrogames streamer and my capture card Is broken. I'm thinking about to buy the Ripsaw HD biit, since in my setup i use an OSSC for upscale old console i would like to know if the Razer Ripsaw HD will capture the ossc signal in a good way like the old one that i use until wednesday. I have 3 webcams at home: Logitech, Microsoft and the Kiyo Pro that I got this past week. And the Kiyo is the ONLY one that, sometimes, disappears on me. Or tell me that "it is already in use by another application". I searched everywhere for a solution. The driver and software (Synapse) is so poor, slow, and really bad. I will try for a few more days or this baby is going back. Today I was doing my Zoom conference and the camera quit on me. I Got my Logitech back there and it was great. Image quality is not as good, but solid operation. And yes, I already uninstalled and reinstalled Synapse, upgraded firmware, all that jazz (I'm a system operator, computer science major, very comfortable with these things) but this camera is still refusing to work.

My Seiren Elite will not install its proper firmware, it only shows up as USB input device in device manager (under Human Interface Devices), and when I reinstall it "Bravo HD FW Update" is installed instead. Important note, the microphone does not light up its LED as well and disconnecting it will play the sound notification for windows.

Hello, i'm a streamer and i use Streamlabs for diffuse my stream. I have download a new firmware for my Razer Kiyo (01.01.023), but he is dropped my fps, i use my kiyo with 60 fps, the fps stays at 15 even though it's set to 60 ... You have a solution ? this has happened since the update ... S/N 401813L01701115 It's possible to back to the old fimrware ? I just purchased the RipSaw for a week, tried to use either Razer RipSaw HDMI cable as input or PS5 HDMI cable as input, both experiencing the same issue. The output resolution from PS5 is HD 1920x1080. Changing it to 720p seems to solve the issue. (But I want to play it in HD?). It seems to be happening very often near the water in Astro's playroom. Can anyone assist me on this please?

Hi. Capture card is Razer Ripsaw HD. Getting constant audio cracking sound.DPC latency checker showed nothing out of the ordinary. Tried different hdmi cables, different usb ports (3.2 is used right now). Reinstalled audio drivers, Razer Synapse. Disconnecting all usb devices did nothing. Video  

so i am having this issue with my streaming PC. its a Gigabyte Z77X-UD3H Rev 1.0 mother board with a i7-3770k CPU, and i have my Ripsaw HD, Kiyo, and Kraken TE headset controller plugged into the back of the PC in the USB 3.0 ports. however the issue it windows is telling me they preform faster when plugged into 3.0... but they ARE plugged into 3.0! so i am trying to find out what i need to do to fix this. everything is updated, drivers are good, no updates from windows. i tried all the USB 3.0 ports and its still telling me they preform better in 3.0 (again...THEY ARE PLUGGED INTO 3.0). this is driving me nuts! edit: i was able to solve the issue with everything by plugging in the cable that came with the Ripsaw HD.

i bought a kiyo 2 days ago...it is absurd that the only way to make the webcam works with synapse was to uninstall the razer drivers and use the generic windows ones...and perhaps because of that ,cant find a way to change the resolution of the webcam, or is another synapse bug ? i need 60fps for facial recognition and can't find the way to do it your advertisement says you can choose between 1080p @ 30FPS / 720p @ 60FPS ..... please tell me how

Hey, Could someone tell me what stuff i need to capture. I do know how to use the ripsaw cause i've captured it on the switch,ps4 and im using with OBS Studio. I got a old VCR that has rca connectors (Red,White,Yellow holes) on the front and the back has two scart connector. I've tried to use the component av cable that was included with the ripsaw. I grabbed my rca cables and connected them to their respective colors even though one of them don't match each other. Played around in obs but didnt able to get any footage to view on my obs. i've checked different sources or video settings, No clues. Just says, no signal. After that, i took out those rca cables from vcr then connected them to a scart adapter and connected the scart to behind the vcr. Same problem, no dice. Should i just go get one of those USB Video captures or buy a cable that should able to record my old vhs. Any tips would be helpful. Thanks.

Hey Guys i just got my PS5 and connected the ripsaw hd to it. I'm using OBS in my Mac Pro the thing is that I managed to connect everything and stream properly. the only problem that the ingame sound so LOW! every setting is in HIGH but still its very low. do u have any solution for it? thanks

Hi, I'm new to this forum. I've been having an issue with the Razer Kiyo when using it on Zoom. It seems to keep adjusting the light when I move making my video sometimes overexposed. I have the autofocus turned off, it's on manual. The ring light is off as it gives off a halo effect when on. The room is bright enough, with no additional light source anywhere else. I can't seem to find anything on auto light adjustment and I don't understand why it's doing it. I've also turned off the auto low light setting on Zoom. Does anyone face the same issue?

This happened in the past, but it's more recent now, so whenever I move my mic the wire would somehow disconnect or not disconnect, my friend will say why is your voice so high pitch and laggy, I then check discord hear audio and it is bad, I just found out that if I unplug the wire and plug it back in, it would work but it is very tedious and I would want to know what I should do to stop make this thing happen

Before I buy one, I need to know whether the KIYO will work on a 2-hour Zoom meeting. I’m not a gamer, but the camera on my Desktop Mac M1 is very poor. I need to present a better image of myself. What difficulties will I face? Where can I find good instructions?I read that I should install a Razer program called XSplit Vcam, and open it prior to my signing into Zoom? Still valid? Other suggestions?Thanks to the Community for any help/advice!
