Started using this again this week after a while and I noticed the hinge that connects the camera to the base it seems a little bit loose. Sometimes the ring light won't turn on but camera is detected by Windows and the Synapse software.
Camera is already past the warranty

One side of my hinge seems to be not there. The camera and ring light still works, but it is frustrating getting the proper angle with one side leaning. Is there a way to fix this?

Following this. The axle/hinge on mine broke after just 2 months of use. Camera still works fine but it won't stay in place :slightly_sad:
I haven't been able to fix mine, the hinge is really lose now but it seems to be working, the ring light turned on yesterday.
