Activation code not sent
I ordered the kraken headset that says on the razer website comes with 7.1 surround sound yet no activation code was included in my box and even when i registered my device it still wasn't sent to my email.

Sorry correction its the ultimate. But the point still stands. Its supoosed to come with the headset as advertised

The v2. I made sure it is supposed to come with it. It says so on the website and on the box it says it. I have the serial code and product model number to prove it. Again, I'm looking for a rep to answer.

I have the same problem at the moment with my Barracuda X, i just registered it but no activation code on my email yet.

Reorder what? another headset? No. I paid for this one that says online comes with a code for 7.1 surround sound. unless you want to talk about false advertising. I'm looking for a razer rep to resolve this.
