Anybody knows the different frequency ranges which are meant to be adjusted within the Xbox app? It just says low, mid-low, etc.

Set the Microphone Equalizer to "Custom" on the Razer Headset Setup for Xbox app and save. Temp fix until Razer gets it together.

I have the Kaira Pro headset. Just got them in the mail today. Great headset. Very comfortable. First razer product I've owned actually. Not sure how to update the firmware as they won't connect to to Synapse 2. And there is no synapse 3 download for IOS.. Please advise? Anyone know what I can do to update the firmware?
Also I have noticed that the mic notification does not turn off on my xbox.. it is acting like I am talking but I'm not.

I also would like an answer to this question

Exact same issue. Party overlay/Party tab shows me speaking the entire time.

I also can't find the Mic Monitoring settings in the Headset App. Support was entirely unhelpful.

How/ where can i download the new driver? Kaira pro? Damn link supplied in the razer headphones app for xbox is broken. Takes you nowhere.

Open the link on a browser on your PC - it should automatically prompt you to download the Firmware updater .exe

Note that the latest firmware update won't fix the aforementioned issue.

Also... can you update the kaira pro firmware from synapse 2 driver? or does it have to be synapse 3?

Same there is no mic monitoring to be found. I really hate when a headset doesn't have that option it just sounds weird.

As far as I know, there should be a mic monitoring option on Synapse under the Mic tab of your headset. It should appear as "Sidetone" with a toggle switch and a volume level adjustment. Do send me a screenshot of the Mic tab if you don't see it there so we can get the app checked.

So I’m on Xbox and got this headset but it is picking up everything rather than just my voice can anyone help me figure out how to have it pick up less background noise, do I use the equalizer settings or volume normalization.
