the microphone volume keeps resetting while i play. is there a way to fix this?

i use a razer kraken, and when i try to use the 7.1 surround sound sofware for some reson when i try to use it it sound kinda like a skiping record and when i use it on youtube it also makes the video makes skips and i do not know what is going on. is there a way to fix it? 

So I rerecently bought a Razer Kaira Pro and I was using it just fine till recently that it will disconnect randomly during a game or at worse every 8 seconds my fight stick doesn't have a 3.5mm jack so I have to use the fight stick but I'm getting upset that the headset will disconnect then cause my fight stick to stop responding as well can someone explain why this happens and how to fix it. I play on Xbox and the headset is only a day old from posting 

I recently had to send in my razer kraken v3 pro for replacement because it stopped charging. A few days after I sent it in I get an email saying that it will be replaced with a black shark v2 because they don’t have mine in stock. that’s not even the same line of headset wtf?! Not only that I don’t think those are equivalent in value either. I sent an email back requesting kraken line headset, it’s just frustrating

I just received the razer kraken x w/7.1 audio. I only need the stereo input from my desktops front panel. So I plug it in after some clicking it plays well enough. My question, is there a driver I can download so W10 recognizes and switches audio to the headset automatically? I hope I made this clear enough. Thanks

Is the Razer Seiren X worth it to buy? I see a lot of big streamers with the Shure SM7B but I am not ready or close to invested enough to buy an almost $400.00 microphone. So for people who have the Razer Seiren X, what are your thoughts on it?

Does the 4K OLED 60Hz model laptop support a much higher refresh rate at lower resolutions like 120Hz at 1440p or 120Hz at 1080 for example? It seems it should be designed that way but maybe not since the marketing description is 60Hz. Thanks.

So last night while I was in the middle of a COD game my laptop screen went black followed by the laptop completely powering off. Ever since then I have been unable to power it back on no matter what I do. The only thing I see is a faint white LED on the indicator while holding down the power button. I’ve tried all the steps listed under other suggestions and forums without any luck. Upon checking my warranty it unfortunately expired about 3 weeks ago. What are my options from here? Have any of you guys had this same issue? Thanks in advance

So I just got a Blade 14 2023, doing some tests.Overall I really like it physically, the Mercury edition doesn't show fingerprints like the regular black does. The temps are good and it runs almost silent doing casual stuff.However there's this high pitch noise under load (e.g. Cinebench, Time Spy). Is this normal? The loudness I can accept, but the high pitch I'm not sure...Would be great if owners can chime in.

Hi everyone, I'm a student who love music and gaming. I play games like Rainbow 6 and Overwatch but I can't buy a Desktop so I have to buy a laptop to study and play with at the same time. I have seen that the razer blade has a huge battery of 6h so that's the best laptop for me! Please if any moderator see my comment, suggest to the CEO to sell Razer Blade in switzerland, in Switzerland we have only keyboard and mouse from Razer... Since last 2 month I am searching for a wireless gaming headset for my PC and specifically a Razer branded headphones. And after a lot of calling, searching each and very local or online stores what do I find in the Wireless Category: the barebones Razer Nari Essential. Upon calling the only authorized distributor for Razer products here in India (Acro Engg) they said only Essential model is available there, they dont have the Nari/Nari Ultimate here in India nor they are sure if these will come to India in the near future. So, I told them if I get it from US will the warranty apply here, they said NO! You wont get warranty cover if you get the product from US. This baffles me that in this day and age where most of the electronic gadgets are first launched here in India then they launch it everywhere else, here Razer is no even providing the whole lineup for purchase here in India.
