Hello, does the Razer blade 15 have a UK keyboard layout? If I customised a machine to buy on the Razer website and ordered it (from the UK) would it have a big enter key? and if so, can someone upload a picture of one with a UK keyboard layout? Many thanks :)

Hi, everyone I have made a mistake that I bought RM10.00 razer direct top up pin which can't reload into the game I play. I just realized that the direct top up pin only acceptable for PUBG and Mobile Legend. So, I'm here to ask is that anyone who can change razer gold pin which can reload into razer wallet with me? Today I got an update for Synapse 2.0. Great, maybe it will fix the issue I have with my Kraken 7.1 v2 Chroma heaset with Skype. Where can I find the release notes for said 2.0 update? That said.....any word on the merger of 2.0 and 3.0? Sure would be nice if everything was under one hood.

Would be great if I knew how much of the sale is donated. Since the shipping is "free" when you add the poster to your cart, does the 33.95AUD for the poster cover the ~28AUD shipping? I also ordered a Gigantus V2 medium in the same order. So that would mean there's only ~6AUD left over, minus the cost price, to be donated. On a side note, the shipping method was shown as "International Economy [5-7 business days]". However, after I made my order (3 days ago) and checked the tracking, the estimated delivery date from DHL was 12 June, and it was actually express shipping, which added to my confusion :confused_:. However, it had arrived in Melbourne early this morning.

I have been away from the PC world for over 12 years now, but looking at the new MacBook pros I decided it to come back to my roots ( Windows + Linux ). From my research, the Razer Blade is the closest you can get in terms of build quality, goes without saying the SPECS from RB are far higher than MacBook pros, which is a huge plus, so I'm very excited about the performance of the laptop. What is worrying me a bit is the fact that Apple has "Apple Care" and that's a worldwide warranty, which means it does not matter which country my laptop breaks they will be able to take care of it, it has happened to me before that my MacBook broke while I was working abroad and Apple have fixed it during my trip. Currently, I'm finding a bit hard to establish communication with Razer as every time I send them an email it takes days and days for them to reply and also it's not clear to me if their warranty is world-wide. Using Razer Synapse v3. During game session it happens very often and constantly: my cursor getting stacked for a few secs w/o an opportunity to move it. After that, my calibrated surface is getting reset to intelligence tracker (smart tracker) that i don't wanna use. Any way to fix that ? I've recently come across the Razer Softminer, (or gamma) while searching the amazing world of the internet. I was wondering whether installing this software to gain Silver was worth it, correct me if I'm wrong but, this is one of the software's that give you one of the most Silver compared to paid to play, which has a limit of 100 Silver? I've heard that this software isn't at all the best as it does increase electricity bills as you are just constantly overworking your graphics card, but some other people have said that it doesn't damage your components. Please share your experiences with this software so I can make a decision whether to install this software and earn some silver. Thanks.

So I signed up for this stupid account to activate this stupid 7.1 sound. Then im trying to activate this stupid corperate dark pattern register your product to make it have normal feature thing you have. It asks for SERIAL NUMBER and for PRODUCT NUMBER. Behind the earpad thing there is a serial number that starts with AC. I wrote that into the UNIQUE serial number field on the register your product form. Then its time to input the PRODUCT NUMBER. Which starts with RZ. And yeah, I can find that on the device. Its says RZ04-0289. Then its the date, why do you have DATE anyway? What if people got it as a gift? And they don't know the date. Please.... having the year and month would be sufficient yeah? And then location sets itself automatic. Then when you click NEXT. It says. PRODUCT NUMBER INVALID!!! I mean, I can remove the entire serial number and other field, and it says the same thing. So please when you make stupid dark pattern features in your products. Atleast make it seam

Looking for help with Lighting effects for multiple devices all simultaneously operational. I have a Black Widow, Black Widow TE v2, and Mamba. The problem I'm having is that when I import a profile, I cannot get all three devices to run the same effects. I noticed that when I choose quick effects, lighting is applied across all devices, but when I try the same with advanced effects only the TE accepts the effects and the other devices don't apply the effects. It instead gives the option of going to chroma studio. I tried painting the same effects but that wasn't working. I would like to know how Ior get instructions on how I can get the advanced effect to apply across all devices the same way I get the quick effects to apply?

Hello guys. I do see that the Razer blade stealth 2020 has a better screen and a small bump in GPU/CPU performance. But my question is. is it worth waiting on the 2020 model or could i go for the 2019 1650MQ variant now? In my country they have sales on the outgoing model, and it's a little over 500 euro cheaper than the 2020 is going to be, but i do like to buy something that can push my games at 60HZ at least. i do not play much, but i do play COD, WOW, World of warships, EU4 etc :)

My Razer Nommo Pro turns off whenever my Mac falls asleep. Every time I come back to my computer and wake it up, I have to press the on button on the Razer Nommo Pro and manually select it from the Speaker menu. Is there any way to stop this behavior and just always have it on?

I actually really enjoy my 2018 Razer 15in notebook. I use it for both personal and work pre-C19 when I would travel it allowed me to game while staying in hotels. First post here so I hope its in the right place. I have a lot of Razer products but the main thing that is very frustrating to me is the amount of time it takes to change profiles on my keyboard. I play CIP Tibia which has a chat on|off selection. I play in chat off and use a lot of my keyboard for various functions. When somebody messages me its not enough to turn chat off to chat on in the game because my keys are mapped in synapse. It takes up to 30 seconds for synapse to dump and load the chat profile. That is excruciating while I'm getting a string of ????? from other players as to why I'm not answering them. I'm sure there are a lot of hardware/software interactions involved. I"m running Windows 10 on an ASUS gaming machine. I should have plenty of resources available.

Dear Razer and fellow gamers I bought Hammerhead TWS a month ago last night i charged it with my laptop then red led repeatedly blinking so fast then its stop working until this thread created. I hope someone could enlighten me or just how to fix this :( Thank you for any knowledge,assistance in this matter PS: The charging case still working just the led stop working.

Razer's systems are great for gaming, but I wonder what else you guys do on your blade? Do you use that GPU for anything besides FPS with zombies? Programming? Maybe Photoshop? Blender 3d rendering perhaps? What are you up to on your blade besides gaming?
