Hello, I recently purchased the 11 port dock from razer since it was on sale and I was tired of constantly plugging stuff in when I am done taking my laptop to classes. The dock works fine on my old laptop ( omen 15 2020) but it doesnt work at all on my new laptop (tuf f16 2025). Has anyone else had a similar problem? maybe the dock only works on the first laptop it connects too? or maybe this is a hardware problem, any help appreiciated.

I just wanted to take the time to recognize the support team at Razer. I am always blown away with not only Razer products but with the customer support. They helped me look for a replacement power cable that was currently out of stock. I had to pack up and move on very short notice. (1 hour maybe 2) and had lost my cable to my speakers which added a lot more stress since I need my speakers to do some work from home and online courses for my job. Razer's support team was able to relieve that stress and went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you again!

Buenas a todos, me acabo de comprar la camara razer rz19 o bien kiyo. Instala el progrma como manda las instrucciones y una vez registrado en la pestaña de broadcaster no me aparece la vista previa de la camara. A alguien le ha pasado ?? Alguien podria ayudarme. I received my razer blade 15 4k oled rtx 2070 max q silver on 2020 June for like 3k bucks. With excitement I opened the package and the first impression on its aluminum surface finish is not pleasant by comparison to the macbook I owned years ago. At that moment I started to fell hesitate to justify my purchases is whether a good one. Then I plugged the cable with awkward looking adapter to the laptop. And it did not light up! After investigation I noticed the cable to the adapter is probably loosely connected despite all the way in. So I gave it little more push to the adapter and it worked <wat she said>. At this moment I thought it is perhaps an engineering flaws? So the laptop worked fine until now. After just one month of usage, The adapter died yesterday. Sigh, after years of using different laptops, this is the first time ever of having power adapter issue on laptop. The last time I had a problem with adapter is losing one accidentally on my lenovo. Now I am sill waiti

How are you guys at Razer holding up with all the lock-downs that are happening? I saw Apple planned to close all of their stores until March 27th. Are there plans for Razer to do the same to the Las Vegas store at the Linq?

So I have about a thousand Razer Silver in rewards that have gone past the expiration date; I was wondering if there is any way I could get this back.

I was hoping to purchase one of the new 14" Ryzen laptops, and pair it with a Core X for my media needs but I don't see a Thunderbolt port of them. And after speaking with a rep today they said it's possible if I utilize the Razer Thunderbolt 4 Dock but not recommended because there would be latency delays. I'm wondering if anyone has tried this combination and can report, factually, on performance impact? Especially for video editing / VFX or high FPS games like Warzone?

I am wanting to switch out my switches on my controller. The ones used (green) comes with four holes for the LED. The ones I ordered (red) comes with only two holes for an LED. Anybody out there know how to get the "super quiet" switches with the four holes? Thanks.

What is the best tkl keyboard from razer i dont want the clicky one i need a silent one My current keyboard is DK61SE and its a piece of shit Because i bought it in Agust or September idk and The A Key is not working correctly because somtimes work and sometimes doesn't even work it wont react So im Asking for the best Silent tkl keyboard from razer in good price.

I was thinking what if there was a macro option where if the key, or button the macro was set on was pressed for a certain amount of time, it would activate the set macro like a hold delay. I think this could be very useful in binding things in a way where you could essentially have two ways to press one key. For a game example, binding that macro option to your spacebar and be able to regular jump by tapping once. And then holding it down to use a jump ability (e.g. double jump or boost). I feel this would be a great option to put in and would only help more people.

There is a way to mine using Gamma that was provied by razer cortex to earn silver coin. Is it legit or will i get a virus?
