Hello, I registered to explain you a big problem. I've been looking for the dimensions of the Blackwidow Elite (https://www.razer.com/fr-fr/gaming-keyboards-keypads/razer-blackwidow-elite) for 20 fucking minutes. It's important information you shouldn't hide it, wtf. I do not know if it' hidden or if it's not indicated, anyway it's not normal that after searching for 20 minutes I still don't have the information. PLEASE, may I have the dimensions ? Regards

Hi, Sorry if this has been covered elsewhere, but I really can’t find specific info. I have purchased a Cyanosa V2 and Basilisk V2 for my sons birthday- he’s been pestering on about having a pc style (ish) setup for gaming. His birthday is in a few weeks and I wish to get clued up on how to install and adjust, change chroma lighting etc. I would assume there was an app for this on the Microsoft store as Razer bangs on about Xbox support, but cannot see an app other than that for a controller and the turret. Any advise would be appreciated.

Hi everyone, In the next few days, I would like to order a Blade 15 from the store and the thing is, I'm French but I live in Austria. At the moment, I can't change the shipping country from the French store, and if I change for the Austrian store, I'm afraid that the keyboard will be the one from a German speaking country instead of the french keyboard ? Would you know whether I could order such laptop ? Thanks

The Razer Nari Ultimate is an amazing headphone for gaming. Razer did a really good job on sound quality and the cooling gel, however there are a few things I would like to see maybe in a Razer Nari Ultimate V2. First of all it would be great if to get rid of micro usb and use usb type c. Also it would be nice if the volume wheel controlled the actual volume in windows. For the Razer Basilisk Ultimate it would also be nice to have a usb type c cable.

I actually really enjoy my 2018 Razer 15in notebook. I use it for both personal and work pre-C19 when I would travel it allowed me to game while staying in hotels. Here is my wish list as I use it for corporate user I wouldn't mind razer release both a customer gaming and a enterprise gaming system that mergers both security and gaming. Security Features 1.) Windows Hello Camera or Finger Print reader (seen this integrated into the power button) 2.) Secure Core PC - https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windowsforbusiness/windows10-secured-core-computers 3.) I have razer deathadder and i have to clamp it with my hand. It is to too small in both dimensions. I tried 20 mice and other are even worse. Can you make something bigger like 140/80 ??? Because there is not single mouse of these dimensions on market... Also i would prefer not to use your drivers as they cause lag and are spyware. Do i have to learn in cad and get 3d scan to make own mouse or what ???

Since 2019 is ending I thought I would share a screenshot of my Silver balance that reflects this year perfectly. I got an Atheris recently so my balance went to 2019 silver. Im just in shock that the mouse shipped from Hong Kong and arrived in Germany within 2 days. Ordered on the 27th of December and received the mouse on Monday the 30th. Not even mad at the 10 euro shipping fees for essentially a free item. Here is a nice end to 2019. Hope my 2020 silver balance isnt just 2020 :D

Just to keep a long story short I had a very good discount at that time and it was the latest model then. Flash forward 6 years, and two keys have snapped off and a number key doesn’t work right. I’m using a Bluetooth keyboard for now.Is it worth taking the time to try to fix? I think I found the keyboard in white but it seems like an awful lot of work, and money if it doesn’t work out but still cheaper than a new laptopModel RZ09-03272E12

A few days ago, I purchased a secondhand Razer Blackwidow Chroma for $5. The only thing wrong with it was that it was missing a CTRL key. I am probably going to buy the PBT upgrade kit from Razer, but the FN and space bar are backlight compatible, while my keyboard doesn’t even have LEDs on those 2 switches. They look swappable, but will Synapse even work if I plug those LEDs in?

How long does it normally take Razer to start using new GPUs in their laptops?

I have an MSI Vector 16HX AI and I want to get a cooler for it.Since I like the design of the Razer the most, I initially wanted to pull the trigger and buy one until I realized the front lip is non removable.The base of the RCP is slightly wider and deeper than my laptop, but I'm afraid that the foam will block the airvents at the bottom and that the laptop will sit too "high" because of the lip pushing the laptop back (and not allowing it to go over the front) 

I have had about 10 mice over the 30 years now and they have come a long way. Where i have had a problem with, even with a special mousemat, is cleaning them regulary so they move smooth. Now my idea was to lift the mouse 2 mm from the surface by tiny balls, two on the frontside and one in the rear. We can call it hoop :smile_:. Is this a good idea or too far fetched? Greetz

Hi,I just bought 7.1 surround sound addon on the Razer site, but the activation key I received is invalide (according to the product). I copy/pasted it, manually, still nothing. After running round and round on their support site, figured I am not the only one who can`t get a ticket open.Any insight?

Wolverine v2  wireless stop working and charging. I had a delivery barcode in order to ship it out but ran into family problem and since I couldn’t do it on time 17 days . May be get a new RMC delivery barcode 

I'd like to see a software update on the controller app to unmap buttons as there isn't really much point in having 2 of the same button
