Hello, I am a student from France. I need to buy the Razer blade pro 17 but the only problem is I need the keyboard to be in QWERTY Layout, and there is no option for this on the website. The Razer Website for France only shows that the laptop is available in AZERTY(Nordic) Layout. How can I buy the razer blade laptop with QWERTY layout in France?

I bought my daughter the Razer Kraken Kitty RGB USB Gaming Headset. She wants to use it with her Xbox One, but the cord is USB and not 3.5. I looked at the comments on Amazon and people keep saying that it works, just plug into the 3.5 jack but this headset has a USB male connector. The adapters I looked at on Amazon said they only work for cars. How can I get this headset to work with an Xbox One?

Razer should seriously consider releasing the Cortex Mobile app for iOS devices. Please stop ignoring us. iOS users represent a huge untapped market, at least here in North America where the majority of people prefer Apple's devices. Any thoughts?

Dear Razer, I have been regularly browsing your store for a long while, (figuratively) drooling over your products, and am hopefully going to become an owner of said products soon. However, recently it has become obvious the Mercury Collection is fairly underpowered regarding the newest gear. I understand that the Mercury community is in the minority, but at the same time I think there are enough of us, hopefully, that love Mercury, love that people can reciprocate in this thread, and other threads here and over at the Razer Subreddit, to make you wonderful people over at Razer consider distributing Mercury options of the newest mice, keyboards, and headsets, and most of all, laptops. While the Razer Blade 15 Studio Edition is my dream computer, the price holds me back and I'm sure many others as well as myself would greatly appreciate cheaper models in the Mercury White form. However, even the laptop I can settle for, as I'm shooting for saving for the Studio as it is anyways. But ha

On boot up it regularly does not recognise the external monitor (Samsung C27F591) until I unplug and plug back the usb-c to hdmi cable. On laptop wake up I also always get a fuzzy image which again I have to unplug and plug. Tried using both usb-c ports, same issues. I bought a new cable (different make) and same issues. Ran Intel Support and Driver Assistant and Nvidia GE Force Experience and all drivers up to date. Anyone else has similar problems? Thanks in Advance

Like..how's this not a thing yet? Many peripherals (such as the Raiju Ultimate) are mainly sold in Europe...and yet only USA people can buy replacement parts? Razer, I literally want to spend my money on you but you wont let me xD We are waiting for it!

I once got a Razer Deathadder gifted to me.. I was a fan of the mouse itself, the software seemed a little buggy/resource intensive to me, but after that point I decided I would get all Razer stuff to match it. I soon replaced the Deathadder with a Deathadder Chroma and added a Blackwidow Chroma to it as well. Then, I had to get the Firefly mousepad (obviously). I like the mousepad but sometimes I think it's a waste of electricity.. next time I upgrade my parts I'll probably go with non-RGB stuff, just black. I didn't stop there though. I bought the Kraken Chroma which I rarely use. The one purchase I actually don't regret at all is the Panthera. I don't even own a PS4 so I only use the stick on PC, but it's a very nice stick, with no wasteful RGB diodes. Really like that one. Well I guess that's all, happy Chanukah everyone!

Support Hotline Europe 00800-25233758 Monday - Sunday 09-18 CET As last resort I just tried calling there (15:30). A automatic answering told me that I would call outside of supporting times. Support is only available from Monday to Friday. It's f***ing unbelieveble how bad Razers support is when it comes to reality. - tickets are not answered / ignored - tickets get automatically closed without working solutions - tickets created by Razer supporters are not accessible by the customers - warranty check claims 4 week old Tartarus Pro would have run out of warranty already - support gives constantly wrong statements: "work hard on it" when Razer product manager decided "will not do" half a year ago What's wrong with you Razer ? My Razor account has been hacked as well as my paypal account and has been used for purchases not by myself - we were wondering if anyone can help with advice on what to do please. they have attempted to make numerous further purchases but these were rejected as the debit card was blocked once we discovered the missing money.

I just have one question : when I use the charging dock with the mouse on it, how can I shut down the light on the mouse when it's fully charged ? Cos it always stays on, and keeps me awake at nights with its bright green light I've looked into different Synapse options but nothing seems to work... Thanks !

Over 6 years after it's release the Razer Edge Pro is giving new life through Google Stadia.

I just got a new Stealth gtx1650.... This thing is really awesome. I'll finally have a capable gaming laptop that is compact enough to also use as an everyday laptop. My one issue is that the 100w charger is just a bit bulky to always carry around. I would love to have a more portable charger I could use at work and on short trips where I won't be gaming much. I plugged it into a MacBook charger earlier, and it said it didn't provide enough power to perform optimally. It was able to go up a few % within a couple minutes of charging just while web browsing. That seems good enough for my needs at work. I guess my main question is this... Does the slower charging have any negative affect on the system outside maybe not providing enough juice for serious gaming?

Hello guys please help me i bought these headphones and when I play lol or Cs when i alt+tan to google and get back to game I hear a biping like bip bip bip bip but it’s so fast for about 2 seconds.Please tell me if my headphones are broken or there is something with my pc or the software.Anyone with same problem?

Having trouble with my C port as I am unable to charge my phone unless it is put at a certain angle as well as connect to other C port wires. Already contacted Razer support a week ago via email and here but no answer. What should I do and how long does it take for support to reply?
