Having trouble with my C port as I am unable to charge my phone unless it is put at a certain angle as well as connect to other C port wires. Already contacted Razer support a week ago via email and here but no answer. What should I do and how long does it take for support to reply?

Greetings everyone! I wanted to share my experiences using Razer products. I'm an owner of a Razer Kraken Pro V.2, a Deathadder Elite and a Goliathus Chroma. I adore them all for the build quality, their aesthetics, their comfort and their RGB. It's the absolute best. The feel of the mat is so comfortable as is the grip of the mouse in my large palm. I'm 1,91 so you can imagine that I need a great mouse in order to have a good ergonomic grip. The headset is the greatest though. The most comfortable (I use that a lot 😂) I 've ever wore and it has fantastic sound and build quality. Proud user and I'm looking forward to getting more Razer stuff. So glad I'm part of the Razer cult! Thanks for your attention gamers!

Be sure to only recommend and describe experiences with products you actually own. As for me personally, I can't recommend the Atheris enough. People, do not sleep on this mouse! I'm on the go often and off of two AA batteries it lasts long. I don't get any performance latency. This was the mouse that sold me on wireless. This is a simple, effective, compact mouse that can be part of your travel kit or daily driver. I'm surprised myself that I love it so much.

took a look at my blade 2018 adv (1070maxq 144hz) and saw that the fans blow a significant quanitiy of air up into the keyboard. I was wondering if anyone had put something (like a piece of plastic film) to redirect this airflow into the fins.

Many times I find that one of our products simply aren't enough to fulfill a need. I can try to break into the secret lab the devs and engineers have locked themselves in creating the next best thing, but honestly, I'm sure they're light years beyond what I can even imagine. Back to my original point, however. There are times where I wish I could have the under glow of the Cynosa Chroma Pro and full Chroma keys on my BlackWidow Lite. Or a Firefly Hard Edition the size of a Goliathus Extended. Which Razer products would you ship to have babies to be the ultimate product? What kind of Frankenstein amalgamation would you cackle insanely for to give life? This is the last Thread of the Week for the Year, so I'm going to be super generous with Razer Silver. Hello, Has any one an experience like mine? I received a laptop that had a myriad of Well known issues on the Razer Blade Stealth 13 2019. I opened a support case and sent in the device for a warranty repair and was assured this issue would be resolved. They claim to have replaced the mother board entirely and shipped the device back, and instantly when i plugged devices in the usb C ports gave me the same issue. Now i have been waiting Several Business days to hear back from Razer Support. The power adapter cuts in and out if i barely moved the laptop or cord. on both USB C ports. this is in addition to the monitor output disconnecting over and over if i barely move it. on both USB C ports. There is also electric interference on the speakers. This is the exact problem i sent the laptop in with. I am unable to reliably transfer data, Run external displays, use my usb audio interface, or even charge the laptop. how is a device so dysfunctional? Thank you Will

However, recently it has become obvious the Mercury Collection is fairly underpowered regarding the newest gear. I understand that the Mercury community is in the minority, but at the same time I think there are enough of us, hopefully, that love Mercury, love that people can reciprocate in this thread, and other threads here and over at the Razer Subreddit, to make you wonderful people over at Razer consider distributing Mercury options of the newest mice, keyboards, and headsets, and most of all, laptops. While the Razer Blade 15 Studio Edition is my dream computer, the price holds me back and I'm sure many others as well as myself would greatly appreciate cheaper models in the Mercury White form. Ho

Greeting every one I living in EU/Spain and i'm so happy there are some company just like Razer to think well about gamers and make business go but sadly i'm so upset about that Razer make some offer just in USA like this blackfriday and Christmas which RazerPhone was about 500$ cheaper or even laptops but at this time there were no offer at all in Spain or other near countries. I was a big fan of RazerPhone but the price is actually to high plus there were no offer at all this year also,so far so good always wished to get Razer laptop but still as i told prices to high in EU. In other side i knew about quality and productivity which is Razer doing absolutely well and it deserved high prices and good feedback but when there is a big difference between region make a lit bit hard to decided about it. Hope in future Razer make this out and make marketing do better. It was a pleasure. MiladPoRo.

I played 3 months in winter and it was okay and than my hand started to sweat in summer, even one time my hand sweat - on bottom on skates are created spots, which cause friction and mouse is unusable... I touch it only with clean hands and even clean it with microfiber cloth and cover it during night to reduce dust cover and it still sucks. There is so much friction i can't even click building... I was supreme master class in cs go and in top 1 masters in sc2 and i played on complete garbage mouse yet, which had insane friction. Pros get hundreds of mousepads and mice from sponsors and it is not even me other people say already after 2 weeks mouse and mousepad suck, isn't there any better mouse feet and mousepad, this crap is so inferior, it has no endurance. I don't have millions to buy 1000 mice... And yet i saw razer trolling with frictionless mouse, this doodoo got me so angry, i will spam you everyday until you make mouse, which doesn't suck... I have no control, it is unplayab

There is little to no information about the #RazerStreamer program other than applying for affiliate. On Instagram the other day the Razer page was showing the new Razer Emote Display only for Streamers in the RazerStreamer program with e-mails to follow shortly (never received one). Not only that part of the #RazerQuest prize was to be featured on the Razer Featured Streamer Webpage which I still haven't found on here. I think there should be at least a forum for #RazerStreamers to access with people who may actually work in the program when they have questions about their status and other things going on with that program in general. It would definitely be easier than dealing with it through e-mail and never getting any responses back.

Every year the game awards does something I appreciate: continue to elevate gaming as a culture and with that comes celebration, recognition and even more important for me, new game announcements. During the days of magazine publications, before the internet, you had to wait every month to read about new releases and see images of games being worked on. With how media is today, you can consume news and content the moment it's released (or leaked), which makes me appreciate The Game Awards even more for creating a platform for developers and publishers to back up with their precious announcements. So who's watching today? What are you anticipating. And if this thread finds you after the fact, what did you like about the show? I got my first mouse and keyboard when i was 14 (I got Mamba and Blackwidow in tournament ed.). I will never forget how that felt when i unplogged my rubish cheap mouse. I felt like i am upgrading from level zero to boss. I still feel sentimental about that old thing, but Razer gave me even more fun. Yea and about changing keyboards.. Well I i fell in Love with that clicky extraordinary noise. That click, that sound, that satisfaction. I love Razer products. Now I have set of mouses, keyboards, speekers etc. And everytime I open up new Razer product i feel same as when i was kid. What was your first Razer product?

Question, thinking about purchasing the new 240hz Razer Blade 15. Its available on Razer's website and amazon now as well. Is there a preference in the community about going with Razer Care Elite or the added on Insurance when you buy it thru amazon. I am hoping to hear from someone with a support story or experience in both razer care elite and an amazon/microsoft insurance or support experience. Any input appreciated thanks!
