I have a Razer Blade 15 (Base) 2018 model and I'm looking for a replacement back (bottom) cover. Is it identical to the Advanced cover? What about the 2019 model of the Blade 15 or other parts? Is this part available directly from Razer? Thanks RZ09-02705E76-MSU1

I was looking forward to buying these headphones when I noticed there was no trace of them on the website so I would like to know if they were discontinued and if so if I could get them elsewhere.

So I visited the Razer booth at PAX Australia last weekend, would that count as the needed thingy for Booth Party reward / achievement ? Also visiting USA in 2 weeks for Blizzcon, what would be proof needed for when I visit the Las Vegas Razer store?

I just got a 500$ PC from Best buy. I decided to buy razer ornata chroma from Amazon bc it was cheaper refurbished. The refurbished keyboard that came was from Canada and this fact wasn't mentioned in the description. Upon plugging the keyboard bin my computer went into a loop of "your PC ran into a problem sad face" thing. Amazon is able to return the keyboard but that is it. My PC is a HP Elite Desktop Intel Core i-5 16 GB of memory 2-TB hard drive. I have no money to buy or fix my computer and I need it for school as well as to cool off on weekends can someone please help. Edit: the keyboard did not come from Canada . Fact is the only problem I had started after I plugged this keyboard in, no apps, can't click bottom bar with search and windows icon, couldn't do it in safe mode either.

A company like Razer that dont offer to sell you spare parts for your phone that you bought for 900 euros in my eyes is a very very bad company and not to be trusted in the future. This is my first and my last phone bought from Razer company. Thank you Razer for loosing one customer . Best regards to you all.

so i have been looking to buy a gaming laptop and i bought my first gaming type stuff a while ago and have been gaming on a mac which is not exactly ideal if you know what i mean rn i have the razer kraken 7.1 in mercury the razer lance hea TE in mercury and the razer hammer head in mercury and i was looking to get the razer blade in mercury but i can only seem to select the mercury white version on the US site and i can get the same config in the australian site but i cannot pick the color so will using the us site work or does it just not ship the white version to australia? sorry for the bad grammar

Hi all! i have a razer mamba wireless. I changed the effect lighting in the on-board profile of the mouse. However, the light effect does not work when i exit Raze Synapse App. i thought that affect can work on the on-board profile without the app. Can anyone help me make it clear? thanks!

Hello all, I have a question about the Razer Ripsaw HD, I've been wanting to stream my PS4 (Fifa20) towards twitch and have been looking around for a capture card in this case the Razer Ripsaw HD.. now I got questions if my PC can actually run the device without any issues and stream to twitch, this is my PC. Just wondering if anyone else tried adding the Respawn Insulated Shaker Cup to their Razer ID via Register your Razer Product and run into the problem of "product number is invalid" issue as well.

Is there anyway to have keyboard lights on at the login screen? I use low light in my computer room. I can't see the keys to login to windows.

Growing up as a kid and even up to my early college days, a huge problem was that I never had enough games. When I got my NES for my birthday the only games I had were the ones that came with it: Duck Hunt and Gyromite. We didn't have much money, so the games were far and a few between and anytime I got my hands on a game, I played the living daylights out of it. Fast forward to today, sprinkle in some hard work and whip up a batch of first world problems and I have found myself with the opposite. Now that I'm making my own money, I find myself buying games that I never get around to playing. Maybe there's a part of me that feels like I'm making up for the lack that was prevalent when I was a kid. Regardless, I have this huge backlog of games and with work and life, I feel like there's never enough time. Do you have a backlog? If so, how big? Do you think you'll ever get to it? So, I had both the original Nari Ultimate and not the Nari Ultimate for Xbox. Personally, I love the haptic feedback for both playing video games and music. The headset fits great and does not make my ear or the area around them sweat after hours of use. But my biggest issue with both versions has been the mic. On the original version the mic was so sensitive that it picked up every, and I mean every little noise I made even if I was rubbing my pants with my hand it picked that up. So, I when I saw this one come out specifically for the Xbox I was certain they would fix the mic problem. But it's worse for the completely opposite reason. The mic sensitivity is so low that I have to put in on my lips and still talk fairly loud in order for anyone to hear me talk. Oh and also currently it does not work with Synapse 3 (razer PC software) so you can't even adjust things like the mic sensitivity, EQ setting, etc.

For those who wants the base model of Razer blade 15 to have longer battery life. I was thinking and probably not the only one on this. So far we got the base model a extra thickness because of adding Hard drive and internet port. there for short battery pretty simple. How about Bigger battery instead of the hard drive port but still keep the internet port. Just think about it Advanced model got 80wh that hold up to around 6 hours at max 4 hours of streaming and web browsing top 2 hours on games depends on what games. How about adding 6000mHa and keep the 15.4v which will increase the watt hour to 92.4 Will this work for the next base models?

Hey, was wondering why they wouldn't have the app for hammerhead usb-c for the Razer gaming phone they only got it for iPhone lol, I'm hoping a GM can see this or something and then if they can report it to the company so the app can come out, I dno what do you guys think?
