Just bought a thresher ultimate for ps4 and the mix isn't working in game. I've confirmed the settings are correct and tested that the mic works but nobody can hear me in game. Have checked that it isn't on mute.

I’m sorry but I’m a bit mad at Razer so I decided to write this. I got an email from Razer about a unique code that should have gotten me some sort of discount on some products. False information from Razer I paid full price for the product even after I inputted the discount code. I would like an explanation on this.

I would love to see a new version of Razer Hammerhead True Wireless released with the ability for the colours to be changed using Razer Synapse. The case also needs updates to it because it feels a lot cheaper compared to the rest.

Hi all. Glad I’ve registered and hope someone can help me out here. My problem is I have a PS4 and was using the usb razer kraken 7.1 which we got used to having the audio through/ monitor, now have bought the kraken te with remote and no matter what we try are unable to get the audio monitor like on the usb 7.1 headset.. I guess what I’m looking for is someone to say that it can be achieved or that this function is not available, we have also tried plugging the 3.5mm Jack plug into controller but to not avail. thank you in advance for any help apologies if I have posted on wrong forum.

Hello all, unfortunately my razer edge pro just died 2 days ago :slightly_sad: it was for me the perfect configuration and and I am very sad because it’s a legacy hardware now so there is no possibility to be repaired... i got a new mouse (basilisk ult) but my old naga trinity wont delete off synapse and idk how to delete it off chroma because my other mouse isnt being affected by chroma with the old one there does anyone know how to delete a device on synapse? please help!!!

Recently got a blade and want to increase its longevity. Apparently this can be massively helped with a laptop stand. I love the oled display (14”) so don’t want to buy a monitor. My concern with a stand is that I’d then need an external keyboard and the screen would be too far away from me. Has anyone figured this out? 

I logged into my rixty account and it forced me to convert it to Razer. OK, I guess Rixty was bought by Razer. But, on conversion, seems there is a cap of 400. The excess was converted into Pins. But those Pins have expiring dates, which is ILLEGAL here. In Rixty, my money did not have expiration, it was MY money, and it's illegal to force convert it to Pins with expiring dates. I opened a ticket but Razer refuses to convert my pins into non expiring ones or to reimburse me. Doing that is ILLEGAL in Canada, and I want to know how I can fix this. Llaurick

My Nari Essential is on its way out, and I need to buy a replacement. I'm looking between Blackshark and the Barracuda. I don't need much. Just need stereo sound and a mic. I'm thinking the X versions are good enough, but not sure which one is best. 

My first Razer gear was the Razer Goliathus XL mousepad, nothing special, but I dropped by a Razer store in a while visiting foreign country, so that was an experience for me.(I need to create posts to reach insider rank - help me brainstorm ideas for what to post next)
