I'm an avid Orbweaver Chroma user, and have three units, two of which were acquired on Ebay. I think the Orbweaver needs to be revived with 1000hz polling, onboard memory storage, and a lower resting wrist (more ergonomic). The Tartarus is alright, but I immediately returned mine when I purchased it. It's wrist sits too high, the rest isn't very adjustable or comfortable to me, and the thumb-stick just isn't grippy or concave enough, and is therefore too slippery. The keys weren't clicky, which is necessary physical feedback (perhaps an issue with the version I bought). But worst of all (as has been mentioned by another user), it's missing the 20th key, which is instead replaced with a scroll wheel nobody asked for. Just my 2 cents. Lots of people buy the Tartarus, but perhaps that's because the Orbweaver is no longer in production? I have no idea. Just giving my opinions here.

Hey, recently I've updated Surround and it started to have a loud crackling noise to everything. Note that this is not static it just sounds like a really bad headset for example. If I turn off Surround everything is just fine. Any idea how to fix it? I couldn't really find anything useful on Google so far.

I just noticed that there is a sweet green skin for battlefield 6 that is only attainable through certain razer purchases. Sadly don't need any extra peripherals for my PC at the moment and can't justify picking one up just for the skin. Is there anyone out there that has a code they aren't using? I'd really appreciate it. Comment or shoot me a message if you have any leads. Thanks all! 

Ello. So i have a blackshark v2x headset and for some reason the people im in call with/when im in class, they can hear themselves. This is the exact reason why i got a headset in the first place, to avoid echoing. it gets really annoying. someone please help 

I connected the camera into my laptop, but the ring of light does not turns on, is there a way to turn on the light? I am using the camera with Teams for work, I purchased the camera because of the light feature. Any help, would be appreciated it. Thank you, JC

Hello all and happy Thanksgiving!I am planning to upgrade my current case with the new Lian Li Vision soon, and, when it comes to aRGB, I am not controlling everything no problem with Armoury Crate. The effect are quite basics, and you can do a little more with Aura Sync, but I cannot control the components individually since they all go into a single hub.I am considering the Razer Chroma controlle to gain the ability to address the various aRGB capable fans and strips individually. Will the Razer software work alongside with Armoury Crate? I would keep using AR for driver updates and such, but control lighting effect via Razer controller. Or at least this is the idea in my head.

I just grabbed this headset (2023 version) and so far I'm relatively happy, but I'm used to open back headphones so not being able to hear myself is weird, so I enabled sidetone which works well to solve this problem, but it introduces a very noticeable hissing noise unless I lower the sidetone to the point where I can't hear myself. I'm wondering if this is fixable or just the way it is? I have the latest firmware.

Hey guys looking to get a Razer Edge to play big andorid games like CODM, Diablo, and etc. my question is if i were to get a 512gb micro sd card would I be able to store all these games there with their continued updates? I know theres been issues with this but no one has really said anything if its been resolved and can indeed store all your games and updates on the SD card like it was internal storage. Hello, My RZ09-0409 - Razer Blade 15 Advanced (2021) has a swelling battery. I noticed because part of the touchpad had issues clicking on the right. The funny thing is that I had tried to buy extra warranty but it’s not available in Canada. Now the warranty is expired and the battery began to swell. I bought it on January 2022 … There are no official batteries to buy and it seems that sending it to repair would cost way too much in money and time.I will buy a battery online and hope for the best. If anyone has any recommendations, I would appreciate it.I’m quite disappointed in this product and brand, frankly. I spent $3,800 on this laptop and I look at the construction of a 11 year-old Lenovo T430 with envy.

Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this. When I first got my Viper 8khz wired, it was working fine, didnt need to install Synapse 3 because I already have the Blackshark. A day later, the mouse disconnects randomly and causes my game (DoTA2) to crash. I tried searching online and did every fix out there from fixing USB ports, power management and finally found a YouTube video of the mouse disconnecting when lifted off the mousepad. I returned the mouse thinking it was a hardware issue and got a replacement mouse. The replacement mouse worked just fine and didn't have that issue. This lasted for about 3 weeks when last night the mouse disconnected again. This time not only does it disconnect instantly when lifted off the mousepad, it does by itself after about 15 seconds when connected. Tried it on the PC and a laptop, same issue. Is there a software or hardware problem with this mouse? I find it extremely unlucky to have 2 of the same mouse having the same problems.

Namaste, Would anyone happen to know the colour codes for quartz pink and the grey that goes with it? I'm thinking of matching more peripherals and items (wireless charger, webcam, case, walls, moulding, door knob, etc.). Also, where would i source the quartz pink cable sleeving from without having to buy peripherals just to get the cables? Or maybe i can get fabric paint. I only have about a month with this keyboard, and it's given me nothing but issues. Even after updating its firmware to the latest version as of 6/22/2023, and wiping out clean the Synapse 3 app and reinstalling it, multiple times, the keyboard refuses to charge. No matter what I use, either plugging it into my work machine, my personal gaming rig, or even using my phones charge adapter. I have let it sit overnight, gone to work and come back to the keyboard still nearly at 0% battery.I've seen multiple other threads here of people complaining about similar issues, and some of them haven't gotten a single reply, so I'm expecting to go through the same,I just can't believe that I paid over $270 bucks after tax for this keyboard, only to be left in the dust. I was better off buying a cheap alternative. That could've possibly help me a lot better. Recently I learned that a friend of mine uses his middle finger to scroll the mouse wheel. I thought it was the wildest thing, like it broke my brain. It was like the time I found out people hold a banana by the step like an ice cream cone. So, now I have to ask, does anybody else use their middle finger to scroll the mouse wheel? If you do, does this mean you use your ring finger to right-click? I must know! Just bought a pair of Kraken Kitty V2 BT from razers website. They paired fine with my pc but I notices the ever so slightest audio delay. You can tell when you watch people talk on a video. I did a little research and found a forum from 5 months ago with a bunch of people asking when they are going to fix this bug. As the synapse update from 5 or 6 months ago seems to have given a lot of people audio delay. Latest reply on there was from 26 days ago and there seems to be no solution. Did I buy a pair of headphones they aren’t supporting anymore? If so why are they selling them on the Razer official website. 

Hello, ive been using this mouse for a year and recently the middle button click suddenly stopped working. Ive tried to reset on synapse and tried on different devices and still not working. Scrolling is just fine but not clicking. Any solution?
