I'd like to be able to control the fan speed on my Razer 15 (mid 2021) with some software other than Synapse. Is this possible? Any recommendations? Thanks!

So, this may not be the appropriate thing to do but my son is interested in these two gaming keyboards:blackwidow v3 mechanical vs blackwidow v4 pro I have no idea how to tell what is better. Can someone tell me what to look for because his top choice is of course the most expensive. He plays Call of Duty, CS Go and other similar games from what I understand.  He’s told me he’d be happy with either but I want to know how to find the best  I can for his gaming experience.  Thank you!

hi guys i purchased 2 of these keyboards and both of them have the right shift key issue anyone else having this issue? i gotta tap it twice in order for it to work or use the left shift keyi tried resetting the keyboard that did not work if anyone knows what to do please let me know thanks!

Hey, Currently having issues with the 12 key side panel where the 2 key registers 10% of the time. I’ve cleaned the pogo keys and contacts as per the support article but no luck. The number 2 key works perfectly for the 6 key set side panel. Is there any way I can grab a replacement part of the 12 key set panel as I play MMOs 

So I just found huntsman mini pro for dirt cheap in my local store and I was wondering if I should go for it but first I want to make sure if there is any huge difference between this model and v2 or V3 pro performance wise ? Like are they way faster or they just have better RGB or whatever ? If latter is the case, honestly I don't care bout that stuff xd

I use the Razer Naga V2 Pro mouse. The side buttons just remap from mouse 4 and mouse 5 to "minus" and something. I checked the app and the buttons are still mapped as mouse 4 and 5, but when the button is pressed it reads out as "minus/-" on mouse 5 and something else on mouse 4. I don't get why it is doing this. (I use the 2 button attachment usually, when i switch to the 6 button attachment the problem goes away until i reattach the 2 button)

I have been in the market for a new gaming mouse for a while and I have come to rest on two options that I think are the best. But the one problem with the razer viper v2 pro is that I feel like it might be too low profile for me and I usually like having something to rest my palm on and the one problem with the razer deathadder v3 pro is that people say it is better for larger sizes hands and I have what razer considers to be medium hands so I don’t k ow if it will be a good size for me. Any help would be great thanks 🙏\

its only 40 hours i guess not up to 70hours. its brand new whats the problem? again common razer problem? what can i do? it has sleep mode i guess. when i turn off pc is it working? i only use 2.4ghz. i charged 16 hours ago and its now %50. i didnt update firmware. is it affect battery life?

I have recently updated my PC from Windows 10 Pro to Windows 11 Pro, and I had to re-install a few apps in order to keep everything up-to-date. However, upon entering the Razer websites to install Razer 7.1 Surround Sound and THX Spatial Audio to the latest version, the website has told me that they're either exclusive to or compatible with the 64-bit version of Windows 10. And of course, none of these apps worked after installation. So I'd like to know when these apps will be compatible with the newest Microsoft OS? It's difficult to get used to Stereo, and why would anyone if they have better options?

Hi guys! I know my question is a bit odd, Razer is all about lights and switching them however, to be honest, I'd just love to keep a single color on my keyboard. I had the software installed but I work a lot with the Adobe products and even if my system is fast I don't like to keep on it stuff that are not necessary for my work. So, is there any way to keep the light from changing into all the rainbow's colors? Again, without having to reinstall the software. Thanks

Hello, I'm a programmer and I truly don't understand why it needs a restart. After an update the mouse and keyboard stop working for a few seconds, this is basically the time where the old driver is dumped from the RAM and the new one is loaded. Why does Razer synapse need a restart after plugging in a new Razer mouse? I'm also a Linux user and on Linux I can update everything without a single restart. My Linux machine is running for 2 months without going on standby or being turned off. I also see that other programs require restarts on windows.

Hey Razer, I was wondering why you guys dont make gaming footswitches. I have the full on-desk complement. The Tartarus Pro keypad, BW Elite keyboard, and Deathadder Elite and Basilisk mice. But when gaming, especially in busy shooters I don't want to spare a finger for PTT or some ancillary functions. So I decided to get a 3-pedal USB footswitch. It makes my gaming much easier when all I have to do is depress a pedal for voice chat, and a couple of other non critical functions. (eg. In COD Warzone, L pedal is for tactical gear, R pedal for slotting in armor. Metal base, Chroma lighting, and integrated with Synapse 3 for easy programming. Heck, I'm still waiting for a Razer HOTAS that's better than the X-56 Rhino, or Thrustmaster Warthog....

According to Razer EU-EN Store, I can only get QWERTY US layout Blade to almost ANY EU country, but not Germany. Is there any way to obtain the QWERTY US Blade in Germany without forward freighting? According to Razer Limited Warranty, the Warranty is only valid in the country of purchase (read - not Germany). Thinking back to the battery problems, I don't want to be punished and stuck without a warranty just because I want to have a laptop with a standard keyboard. What should I do? I'm either stuck with QWERTZ (which is horrible as I am programming) or I'm stuck without a warranty (which is horrible once the battery starts swelling).

I lost my razer hammerhead true wireless x right earbud when I was outside, I can remember that I placed them both correctly into their case and placed it inside my pocket. But when I arrived at home, I saw that my right earbud is missing and I went back to the mall and tried to find the right earbud on the area that I placed them inside the case. But sadly, I didn’t find it, I spent 3-5 hours trying to find it but it was almost midnight so I just gave up and made a decision to purchase a new set. But my friends and some people are suggesting that I should just try to purchase a spare piece.

I’ve worn my old keyboard out, and I’m looking for a new one. I like Razer products and pretty much everything in my setup is Razer, so I’d like to keep it going, and I’ve settled on the Huntsman, but I can’t figure out the difference between V2 and V3, apart from an almost $100 difference in price? Does anyone know the difference and if this difference is worth the large price jump? Thanks.

I’ve got the V3 Pro here right now, and honestly, I’m far from impressed. The sound is very tinny, quiet, and lacks any real punch.I tested it in Escape From Tarkov and Dying Light 2 — and in both games, my €25 Sennheiser USB PC8 delivers a much better overall sound quality.Firmware updates for both the dongle and the headset are installed. I’ve tried toggling THX on and off and played around with the audio settings a bit, but in both games, the sound still feels really poor — especially compared to that cheap headset.I also tried uninstalling the Razer software and running it without, but that didn’t help either.Anyone got any ideas?

Hot Key Rookie Here Just installed Tartarus V2 and Synapse Is it possible to assign a key to click a location on my screen?

Just got this controller today and noticed I have to have around a 0.6 deadzone to be drift free. I saw online there was a issue with the pro version of this controller causing it to need higher deadzones, and they released a firmware update to fix it. Does the TE also suffer from this issue. And can I download the pros firmware to attempt to fix it?
