I recently purchased the Razer Barracuda x Chroma headset specifically for my PS5 to game. I have been having issues with the headset, It is not connecting to my PS5. It says that the headset is not supported? I thought they were compatible with the PS5. And another issue I am having is other than the headset not wanting to connect is my PS5 recognizes it as an output device but I can’t hear anything. I am really lost! Anything tips or advice will do. Thank you :)

It sounds like a connection issue. First, make sure you're using the USB dongle to connect the Razer Barracuda X to your PS5, as the 3.5mm jack might not work fully. Check your PS5’s audio output settings to ensure the headset is selected. Try re-pairing the headset by disconnecting and reconnecting the dongle, and also make sure your PS5 is up to date. If the issue persists, test the headset with another device to confirm it's not a hardware issue.
