So, what is the difference in screens between the 240hz and OLED 15" models?

Hi there, so I'm looking to give Razer $3,178 or $3,496 next month for a laptop, but I am on the fence regarding which model to get in the 2080 section.

While I am sure there are plenty of games that will get nowhere near 240hz, for example Anthem, Mortal Kombat 11, Injustice 2, The Division, etc, some of the older games like Diablo 3 and Warframe stand a decent chance.

I would love to know some of the specs of the OLED model, regarding Nits, Adobe RGB, color contrast, etc, or reasons to warrant the extra $300. Yes, a 2080 razer stands a better chance of getting 60 FPS than a 2070 version, so there IS some usefulness to a 4k version if the gameplay remains crisp. Obviously, this laptop won't be out until early to mid may so even the Youtubers like Dave 2D, Unbox Therapy etc won't get to test this out. It would be a dream to do some gameplay videos of the 4k version, even if it was a loaner.

Finally, any chance of a Razer GREEN colored laptop, much like the Quartz Pink in the 13" model, or Mercury White in some of the 15 inch models? Hell I'd even pay an extra $200 if this was possible since this is my favorite color.

We’ve to wait until review out as for now we only know from media introduction it is using Samsung Panel with new technologies to avoid Oled issues like burn in etc, crazy contrast and 100% dci p3 calibration with 4K 60Hz 1ms response time.

You don’t have to throw 200 bucks:smile_:, there’s skin from dbrand that its options may fit your favorite color.
