As some one whos been using Razer game pads since before Razer did their first collaboration with Belkin this new Razer synapse is just a kick in the balls. I have scores of created profiles and macros that I apparently cant export from the old synapse and import in to the new synapse. WTF thought that was a good game plan? I might as well have bought a box with a giant middle finger in it. All I can say is Razer better hope someone else hasnt put out a good game pad in the near future because at this point since I have to start from ground zero again I might as well return this V2 Tartarus I just bought and scope out some game pads from other brands.Thanks a lot Razer O_o

Hello,I hope you're doing well. I'm encountering an issue with my THX Spatial Audio activation code. It seems that the code I have, dated 2021, is not working when I try to use it in the application.I've switched computers since then and no longer have access to the previous account where I activated the code. Unfortunately, I don't remember the associated email address. I'd appreciate your help in transferring the activation to my current account.I have all the transaction details and the activation code number. Having the same issue as many others here - Razer Nari Ultimate worked fine for a long time now all of a sudden is rapidly disconnecting/reconnecting on PC/PS5 - causing playback issues and of course forcing me to use 3.5mm jack - reached out on twitter troubleshooted everything from the recovery tool to having my case escalated to “advanced support” but its been 5 days without replyUSB ports work for anything else just the headset keeps cutting out and its infuriating - please assist as this is my third locale for support
I have a BlackShark V2 SE that has been great up until Synapse updated today. After the update, the audio is noticeably quieter even with the same EQ settings. Additionally, trying to change the volume of Windows apps using Windows’ own audio mixer or a third-party mixer like EarTrumpet doesn’t work. I can move the slider up and down but the volume doesn’t change, except when it gets to zero, then it gets muted. I have Discord set up to attenuate sound when I or someone else speaks, which also doesn’t work as it relies on setting app volumes to do that.The only way I’ve been able to fix this is by disabling Audio Enhancements in Windows settings for the headset. With it disabled, I can once again control app volume and Discord’s attenuation feature works. However, I don’t get the benefits of any of the Synapse EQ settings or other features.I have tried the following:uninstalling Synapse uninstalling the device from Device Manager installing all Windows Updates updating all audio
I own a Blackwidow V3 Mini Keyboard. Purchased it in November 2022. As soon as I purchased it, it started mal-funtioning. Almost all the keys are unusable; typing one letter results in at least 8-9 inputs. I've had to completely replace the keyboard with another purchase, hoping to claim the warranty on my product. Unfortunately, Razer support in India seems to be pretty non-existent. There was one reseller, Acro Engineering, which used to handle all RMA in India. The reseller seems to have vanished.Ever since I've been trying to get in touch with the Razer support team but to no avail. This purchase is ultimately proving itself to be a very bad investment; both in a product, and in a brand.
Using a program called Focus LoggerI have determined that Razer synapse 3 is causing Full screen Games to be pulled out of focus, while in a gaming session, and minimize instantly to desktop, without warning. It can happen after 5 minutes of gaming, or 10 minutes. Focus Logger tells me its the folder location: C:\Program Files (x86)\Razer\Synapse3\WPFUI\Framework\Razer Synapse 3 Host and points to Razer Synapse 3.exe. Is there anyway to stop synapse from doing this, would a full uninstall/reinstall help here? Is there an issue with windows 11 and synapse?
I saw another person ask for this, could you please add this feature. Like him because my Deathstalker V2 is soo sensitive (which I love) in the heat of the moment I can't help but pressing caps lock!!! :) Can you please respond and action this it would be so helpful.

One day the mouse disconnected while playing.. then I tried to check the reason and it was about windows not seeing anymore the wireless dongle used to connect the mouse via wireless...I have already tried to update the firmware, to uninstall and reinstall back synapse, I also tried to use "Pairing Utility"( in wich my dongle wasn't even viewed) same as trying to use "Hyperspeed dongle utilty"... I have also tried different usb ports.. also with those of motherboard... The mouse works only using usb cable..

I lost my old phone and I don’t remember my back up codes ( or where i saved them ) ( Probably from my old HDD )I just reloaded some Gold coins and I can’t use it cause I need 2 step auth from my old mobile number.Now I can’t use those gold. as stated in the title.is this product reached EOL status ?is it being replaced by a new one ?i was trying to find one to buy in the last few months (an additional one) and almost every one is out of stock i did find a few refurbished ones and some old stock way overpriced.can we have any definitive news from razer concerning the fate of this product ?
I’ve noticed over the last few months (maybe early last year is started) my razer book 13s wifi connectivity is just abysmal, compared to my other work laptop that never has less than full bars whereas my book is lucky to maintain 1 to the point that a teams call is a nice dream, this is the case on every wifi connection, be it at home, work, whatever.Is this a normal problem? And is there a fix? I assume my wifi card has breathed its last breath but I’m not sure
Does razer blader 14 will fit in Razer Neoprene Sleeve V2 - For 13.3” Notebooks ? Or is there other sizes for it ? Because I can’t find any
