I have contacted the Razer gold support I pay through qris and it's already deducted from my account since 3 days ago , I never received any response , please help .

My son bought the acclaimed Razer Ripsaw HD from Amazon and followed the easy to use instructions but it appears to be anything but straightforward. He can get it to work on his computer but as soon as he connects to the TV it freezes on the computer and the TV says weak signal. I’m disappointed by the lack of support, the serial number has apparently expired and therefore support is unavailable. We have reached out to Amazon and they say it’s faulty. is there anything we are missing that we should be doing? Sorry for the basic description, but we are clueless….

So, I bought a Blade 16, last year's model with mini LED screen. I want to be honest, I think the screen looks pretty good - I am able to see horizontal bars on high contrast images, and, ironically on the Razer forums due to the grey background, when scrolling there is a very visible lag of the dimming zones. In fact, If I move the bright mouse pointer over the background, I can actually illuminate each dimming zone square.But the thing is, I do not do content creation. I use my laptop for work (mostly reading & programming), gaming and watching videos. Since the colours are amazing, I do not really mind the shadowy bars being visible sometimes on certain contrasts.But I can also totally see how people would return this device for having this screen.For Blade 16 Mini LED owners, what is your opinion? Why are you keeping your laptop or why do you return it?
I ordered a product from razer.com and the fedex showed it'll be delivered in 3 days. It was delayed by 2 days a couple times and then for a week it showed no estimated delivery date. Fedex support told me to contact razer and razer chat doesn't work, couldn't find n email id and call says go to the website for help with orders.

I purchased a Google Play gift card with razer gold wallet funds. Per Google Play support the digital pin is not activated and can't be redeemed until Razer Gold activates the pin. I have submitted many tickets to Razer support only to receive the same response to contact Google Play support over and over again. Please activate the card or return the funds to my wallet.
