Hello, I have Windows 11 pro and literally just got my Razer Blackshark V2 headset and for some reason it isn't letting my computer go to sleep mode DISPLAY: None. SYSTEM: [DRIVER] THX Spatial Audio (ROOT\\THXV2VAD\\0000) An audio stream is currently in use. [DRIVER] Razer USB Sound Card (USB\\VID_1532&PID_0529&MI_00\\9&1af954b&0&0000) An audio stream is currently in use. [DRIVER] Legacy Kernel Caller AWAYMODE: None. EXECUTION: None. PERFBOOST: None. ACTIVELOCKSCREEN: None. I tried to do Powercfg -requestsoverride Driver "USB\\VID_1532&PID_0529&MI_00\\9&1af954b&0&0000" System and Powercfg -requestsoverride Driver "Razer USB Sound Card" System and I did it for kernel and spatial audio but it still isn't letting my computer go to sleep. I have windows 11 pro.
I can't stress enough how helpful razer support help on Facebook messenger. Super nice people. I highly recommend their products since their support is definitely 5 stars!
A package was unable to be delivered because it was missing an apartment number. Is there a way to fix this? I cannot change the address through Fedex, they said to contact the shipper. Or is there a way to get a refund so I buy the product again and send it out with the right address?

My polling rate does not change. I want to change my polling rate from 8khz to 1khz, it shows me that I am playing at 1khz polling rate, but the mouse is still at 8khz. [Razer viper 8khz]

Hello, I always used my Barracuda X Headset with the type-c dongle and never had problems so far. Out of the blue problems began. Suddenly the headset does not always autiomatically connect after startup, I often have to remove and plugin again the doingle. When there is no audio output I hear a cracking noise and after a few seconds the headset simply shuts off. But not with the voice confirmation, it suddenly turnes off. I tested it in bluetooth-mode and did not experience such problems there, but it was only a short test. I tried reinstalling the device, updating the firmware, checking audio-drivers but did not manage to get rid of this problem. As far as Ive seen there were no automatic updates or anything like this before the problems occured the first time. I upgraded to Windows 11 but this was a few days before. Is the dongle propably defect? I did not have the chance to test it on another device yet. Thanks for any help.
Hello.I recently got a pair of Razer Barracuda X (2022) headset and had trouble with the dongle connection. It kept disconnecting and not wanting to connect back unless i unplugged and plugged the dongle a few times and turned the headset off and on a few times. Thought it was a problem with just my pair as the reviews for the headset were good so i returned them and got another pair. This one has almost the same issues. Not as bad tho. For example when i play PUBG, the sound randomly gets completly cut off and i can’t hear anything and it doesn’t come back unless i unplug and plug the dongle back and restart the headset. This takes about 20-30 sec which are crucial for not dying in the game. I tried almost every fix i could find online. I even disabled all other sound output devices. I had the 2021 version before and they worked perfectly, but i decided to get the 2022 version cause they had bluetooth. Never expected the dongle connection would have so many issues. Hello everyone, I have a Razer Nari Essential that I have had for many years. The headphone audio is fine, when I test the microphone from Razer Central I can hear my own voice, even my breathing or keyboard noises (although a bit annoying but I can confirm microphone registers audio). However, in no application my microphone works, Zoom, games of all sorts, Discord, Audacity, you name it, I have tried it. And I have updated and re-installed every driver I can think of. I am trying to see if this headphone is salvageable before I buy something else to replace it with because I can clearly hear myself on the Razer Central mic test. However, on other apps, either audiences say they can barely hear me or no audio at all and I have adjusted the volume everywhere.
Razer Kaira Pro Halo edition won't connect to razer audio mobile app. It has Razer Kaira Pro but if I try to select that to pair the headphones it doesn't work. Any help?
[SOLVED]Earlier today I was trying to figure out why the macro I had assigned to my C key on my keyboard wasn’t working. I would click on the key, go to Macro on the sidebar, and select my macro, and hit save. The name and function of the key never changed.I was puzzled, so I tried putting the macro on a different key of the keyboard, but that didn’t work either. I tried putting the macro on my Mouse 4 button, and then the problems started. Whenever I press mouse 4, the macro now starts and never stops. I can’t use the button anymore because if I do it spams keystroke inputs of “C” indefinitely and only stops briefly if I press the button again. Unplugging and replugging the mouse will stop this, but if I ever press mouse 4 again (which I need to for other games I play) then the glitch starts again.My macro was a function I made to “Superglide” in Apex Legends more consistently. It was around 6 months I haven’t played Apex and hadn’t used the macro, so I didn’t know if any new updates
Hey, my question is if I can use the Razer Kishi V2 For Android (RZ06-0418) on my pc, I see on the oficial page a photo showing that, Anyone know how to do that? I tried connecting the controller like on the photo and nothing happends, only the light of the Right side turns white .
