Hello everyone, everything good? I have a Razer Blade Pro (RZ09-0368) and I recently bought a Benq Morbiuz EX2710Q 2k@165hz monitor, an excellent monitor by the way. But I'm facing a huge problem, in Windows 11 Pro, I'm only shown 144hz, and I can't change it to 165hz in any way.The laptop's Bios is up to date, all drivers are up to date, Windows update is up to date, everything that could be updated has been! I also bought a specific HDMI 2.1 cable from UGREEN to try to work the monitor at 165hz, and it didn't work either.I've already tried the procedures here on the Razer website, to change functions in the BIOS, but without success either. In the Nvidia Control Panel, the Manage Display Mode option does not show me, I have also tried everything possible to change, without success. Can you help me ? Thanks in advance.
Did the firmware update, but my keyboard is not charging. It went up to 15% immediately after the update, but then dropped to 3%. Will not work unless plugged directly into the PC. Hovering around 2%.
My 2021 Razer Blade 15 Advanced’s integrated screen suddenly went black. The laptop was sitting on my desk at the office attached to external monitors. I realized the integrated screen was off at some point. I thought it was odd, but probably just needed a restart. The restart didn’t help. I checked device manager and it says the Intel gpu failed to start, code 43. I shut the laptop down and performed a cmos reset which didn’t help the situation. I shut the laptop down again and reseated every ribbon cable attached to the motherboard. I still have a black screen. The indicator led on the front of the laptop is pulsating green which IIRC means the laptop is in sleep mode which is strange because it can still output from HDMI or Thunderbolt. I then thought, maybe the lid sensor was bad. I opened the laptop again and tested the magnetic lid sensor which I found to be on the LED indicator PCB. It seems to be fine. Hi! I recently purchased a Leviathan V2 Pro and I’m not sure whether i need to do something specific to get the spatial audio to work. I have installed synapse and the THX Spatial-app. When starting the spatial app it’s querying me for an activation code. And I’m pretty sure that didn’t get one of those in the package since there basically was nothing in there except for the speaker and a very tiny guide on how to connect the speaker. So I tried the trial option just to get up and running and figured that i can possibly solve the activation code issue later. I followed the instructions and set THX Spatial as my output device in windows 11 and chose the leviathan v2 pro in the spatial audio app. When pressing TEST STEREO or TEST THX SPATIAL AUDIO i hear nothing though. Am i doing this right? I found an actual manual online but the only mention of thx spatial in the manual said:ACTIVATE THX® SPATIAL AUDIO* Unleash the full potential of the Razer Leviathan V2 by enabling 360° positional

After my warranty expired my Razer blade 15 battery swollen up very badly and bulge out I had to take the battery out I need a new battery and I can’t seem to get connected with anyone that can’t help me pls help me get a new battery I deeply appreciate it couldn’t find no phone number or emails to contact anyone

To restart the RGB, I must reconnect the cable, restart the computer, or reinstall Razer Synapse.
I see that someone else had submitted the same question with no responses and that post was 7 months ago. My question is where the heck has Razer buried the RMA request for their products. A link would be helpful. I have been digging for over 3 hours and can find nothing that allows me to submit a RMA request, only can find check RMA status. LOLGreat job on trying to ward off RMA submissions Razer.
