Hi Jaisani, I saw you helped another thread with this but my brand new razer naga chroma is driving me nuts. No matter what I try mouse buttons 4 and 5 are bound to mouse sensitivity up and down. I don't need to change my sensitivity on an mmo mouse so I have no idea why it defaults to this but I need it changed back permanently to mouse button 4 and mouse button 5. Please help

hello, I contacted the seller about the uneven firefly pad, they will send a pick up for the pad, and send a new one, I also allowed them to open and test the new one to check for the same problem.
One thing I want to ask - I have registered the mouse pad in razer synapse for the warranty , is that a potential problem for the seller when he gets the pad back and if he sellls it to another person?

I have contacted support, they replied to me but have not replied again in the last 3 days. According the other users the solution is to get a replacement, my mouse is still under warranty so do you think that Razer is likely to send me one?

Hello, I have just saw one post from Dec 2016 by you asking people that needed help activating Razer Surround Pro. I bought a Razer Kraken PRO yesterday and I am unable to upgrade to Surround Pro, the upgrade button remains greyed out after pasting the activation key.

Hi Jaisani, in a thread from July you mentioned to PM you if any users were having USB disconnect issues with their Core.
It's happening to me for my BW X Chroma and Naga every 2mins.
I've got a ticket open with, but they suggest I try connecting my Core to another TB3 device or trying another TB3 cable. I don't have any other TB3 devices or cables.
Any ideas what I should do?

If you had actually read the post that you closed, you would have realised that I was having problems with another company's software - and Razer support would not be able to help me. If you had read further you would have learnt that I had already emailed the developers in question and was asking if anyone else had experienced the same issue - and was not asking for support!
