      Should I return my purchase of Deathadder v2? It does not work with synapse 2, apparently. I am like many users, attempting to use the mouse on a Mac running OS 10.15.7 (19H2). Thanks for any help.

        Please note that the DeathAdder V2 is not supported on Synapse 2 for mac. Also, Synapse 2 for mac only supports up to OS version 10.14.

      I'm having an issue with my razer nari, for no reason at random times it will constantly disconnect and reconnect. Plugged in or wireless it doesn't matter. I've done what little I could think of to try and fix with with no luck.

        If you're getting the same results on wired and wireless mode, then it would be safe to say that the headset is on its last legs. PM me the serial number so I can look into other possible solutions and check the warranty status of the device.

      Buen día, tengo unos Razer Kraken X Gaming Headset, operaron bien unos meses en mi computadora con Windows 10, ahora tengo problemas con el micrófono en ninguna aplicación funciona. Los pobé en otra computadora y celular y el micrófono funciona, de igual forma, desinstalé y volví a instalar el headset desde el administrador de dispositivos no se corrige el problema. Puede apoyarme? Gracias!

        Is the headset plugged into a combo port, or are you using the splitter cable? I'd appreciate it if you can send me screenshots along with the serial number via PM. For now, make sure that Discord has permission to use the mic on your App Privacy Settings.

        You won't need to use the splitter if you're on a laptop. But I will still need the screenshots sent via PM. It's rather difficult to troubleshoot blind.

      I'm having issues with my headphones, I registered my headset and they didnt come with the activation code, now my sound keeps cracking when I play. Razers site told me to register it to receive an activation code but the only thing in the email is the serial number. pls help.pls

      Hello, my Baslisk scroll wheel is not working at all, It happened all of a sudden, was working fine and when i restarted my laptop its not working at all after that. Its only been 2months since i bought these and i didn't drop the mice once. A help would be great. xD

        Do you get the same results with and without Synapse running in the background? In any case, I highly recommend that you perform a clean installation of the app and device drivers by following this https://support.razer.com/articles/1699349771.         If you bought it from an unauthorized reseller, then there is a good chance that is is a counterfeit. That said, I will need the serial number so I can check things out from my end.

        Are you getting any sort of error message when trying to send a PM? If so, try to use a VPN to get around it.

      Hi, I'm having some problems with my Razer Raiju Ultimate and can't seem to find any sort of support for it. Can you help me out with this problem?
      My controller constantly disconnects and reconnects from Steam and my PC as well excessive drifting. I'm not able to play any games with it as it's constantly going in and out of connection.
