      Hey, I am having the popping noise coming from my Razer Nari Ultimate Headset on Game Chat only. I just received a brand new headset and I'm having the same issue, please help.

        Are you getting the popping noises on both wired and wireless modes? In any case, please send me a PM with the serial number of your headset so I can look into possible firmware fixes.

      I saw you helped a EmperorVagax with Synapse 2- 3 crashed. I am losing the "advanced settings" for my Kraken 7.1 Chroma. It will start with basic settings which I have to reenter my other settings everytime I startup. I get the installation for Faulting application path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Razer\Synapse3\WPFUI\Framework\Razer Synapse 3 Host\Razer Synapse 3.exe and nothing else appears to happen. Any suggestions?

        Do you get the same results no matter the profile? If so, I'd try using another Razer ID to further isolate. Feel free to send me a PM should the problem persist.

      Hi, I have the razer nari headset and when i try and talk in discord the mic does not work. When i go into synapse and turn the sidetone to max, i can hear the mic which means it works, it just doesnt seem to work in discord.
