      Hi, my huntsman elite volume wheel isn't working properly. I've tried uninstalling it and have even tried on other computers too but it still persists. Is there a way I can fix it? I noticed it's mainly on the down wheel. When I unbinded it it started having problems. Thanks!

      hi my huntsman elite volume wheel is not working properly. I did reinstall, tried on other laptops, updated to the latest firmware but nothing works, the volume won't go straight up or straight down and sometimes it will fluctuate even tho i did not touch it. please advise thanks

        You pretty much did all the work already. There isn't much left to do but look into your RMA options. PM me the serial number of your keyboard and where you bought it from so I can point you in the right direction.

      Constantly receving the blue screen of death and the titled error when working with adobe PHOTOSHOP and LIGHTROOM with razer blade 15 1060 maxq 2018 laptop.
      I use nividia geoforce and always update drivers, recently updated all grafic drivers. Laptop serial is:

      P.S. Looks like i'm not the only one having this problem.

        Sorry but your headset is not eligible for either Surround Pro or 7.1 Surround. Also, you won't need those. You'll have access to THX Spatial Surround if you install Synapse 3.0.

        Sorry, but there isn't one. As of this time, only the Kraken X and the Kraken 2019 users get activation codes for the newer Razer 7.1 Surround software.
