      Hello, my Baslisk scroll wheel is not working at all, It happened all of a sudden, was working fine and when i restarted my laptop its not working at all after that. Its only been 2months since i bought these and i didn't drop the mice once. A help would be great. xD

        Do you get the same results with and without Synapse running in the background? In any case, I highly recommend that you perform a clean installation of the app and device drivers by following this https://support.razer.com/articles/1699349771. If the problem persists, PM me the serial number of your mouse, so I can look into other possible solutions.

      My Razer DeathAdder Mouse cannot both be detected in Synapse 3 or 2.0. Is there a chance that I bought a fake one? :(

        If you bought it from an unauthorized reseller, then there is a good chance that is is a counterfeit. That said, I will need the serial number so I can check things out from my end.

        Are you getting any sort of error message when trying to send a PM? If so, try to use a VPN to get around it.

      Hi, I'm having some problems with my Razer Raiju Ultimate and can't seem to find any sort of support for it. Can you help me out with this problem?
      My controller constantly disconnects and reconnects from Steam and my PC as well excessive drifting. I'm not able to play any games with it as it's constantly going in and out of connection.

        OK like im trying to connect my razer lancehead tournament edition mouse to my xbox and change the colors and stuff like that but im not able to do that it might just be that they dont allow things on xbox im not sure stuff like that

        Your mouse needs Synapse to run custom lighting effects. This is why changing colors on console isn't possible.

      Hi, I saw on a thread you may be able to help me with an issue I'm having with my razer blade 15 Advanced (2018). My webcam says not detected when I try to use it and does no appear in device manager. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide! I tried to pm but it said "access denied"

        *The access denied error is a server-side issue, and the only workaround, for now, is to use a VPN.

      I have had start-up issues with my 2018 Razer Blade 15 Base.
      The problem is the same as another user describes, see post below.
      The laptop take 3-5 mins to boot to windows and the boot logo shows up 2 or 3 times.

      it's all just for show.....another day passed and nothing happened, FedEx called me again and was very surprised with such a large company that can't even change their shipping service from "Economy" to "priority"
