      Hello, i bought Electra V2 and i can't get an activation code for surround 7.1 The packaging and marketing said that it had this feature but now i learn it didn't! Is this a JOKE?? What kind of an company openly lies to their customers? How am i gonna get the surround feature?

        Please note that the Electra V2 was first released in 2017 and is now considered a legacy device. The app that came along with it, the Razer Surround Pro, has been discontinued. We no longer generate activation codes for it.

      Hello. I have a problem with my synapse acc. or surround program. I lost all my access to my old mail where this profile was created. Some how i changed the password but when i want to change the mail the new generated code are sent to my lost mail. How can i fix it ?

      Hello, I want to use the volume knob on the left to turn down volume to 0% but it's not possible. I can still hear it. Moreover the right speaker is buzzing a little bit while the knob is turned down to 0%.

      this is a copy from another post i found and it describes my issue exactly is there any fix

      Hello, 2 weeks ago I have been promised a replacement of the laptop.The customer support team said that it would take roughly 3 days to get the tracking number and send the replacement to me. However, it has been already more than 2 weeks since that promise.Every time I write to customer support, they answer we will update you in the next 24-48 hours. Can you help to resolve this case?

      Hey there,

      I'm having a problem with my HUnteman elite that i purchased roughly 15 months ago. The sound dial skipps terribly. It feels like it always has but when you turn the dial it will jump up and down sound levels making it near impossible to control the sounds with it. I read on a forum that you may have a fix? Tried it on another computer and the same thing happens.

      So I got my Kraken x 5 month ago. But I never understood that I had to install 7.1 surround. I installed it logged in etc. Then I got to the activation part, and it turned out i threw the box out by mistake. Ive done my research i registered but never got the activation code in my email. So I was wondering how i could get a new one.

        Please note that the Razer Tiamat 2.2 V2 is not eligible for a code for the newer 7.1 surround sound applications. It used to come with a Razer Surround Pro code, but we stopped generating those in 2019 after the app was discontinued.

      Trying to send you a PM about the scroll wheel issue that many huntsman elite keyboard users are suffering from. My scroll wheel on mine was acting jittery for the past 2yr+ and I have dealt with it. But now, it just cranks the volume by itself, even without me touching it, which is unacceptable and can be damaging to my sound equipment/ears. Any ideas? Thanks mate.

      Hi new here. I bought my Viper Ultimate mouse about a year and at some point my mouse button 4 n 5 stopped working. And then later I noticed that my DPI switcher button also stopped working.
      Strangely all buttons seem to be working when I turn off the synapse app and stop working as soon as I turn it on. Updated my mouse driver recently, that didn't help. Please help, thanks.
