      Hello, would like to ask how to resolve the issue with blackwidow elite volume dial jumping up and down as well as sometimes turning by itself. I've tried reinstalling the drivers and currently have synapse 3 beta. Thank you.

        Sorry, but there isn't one. As of this time, only the Kraken X and the Kraken 2019 users get activation codes for the newer Razer 7.1 Surround software.

      Hi, i need help for my activation for the 7.1, i have razer kraken pro V2, but my code i have through email doesn't work, in the software it says License Code is Invalid.

      edit: i can use the surround pro from the synapse 2.0 but in the new software from the official razer surround, it does not work, it says i need my activation code but i think i already used it when i installed it for the old 2.0 synapse.

      Hi, I bought Razer Kraken Pro v.2 but can't get access to Razer Surround, because it requires an activation code. Where can I get it?

        Hi, I have already registered a device and waited for 48 hours. There was no activation code on my email. I have also contacted a Live Support to help me, but that (probably) accidentally send me over invalid activation code.

      Synapse V2.21.21.1 (the latest build as of this post) won't detect my Naga Chroma or Tartarus Chroma (V1)
      Synapse V2 just gives me 3 links/buttons; Register your Razer, Visit Razer Store, and View Compatible devices.
      Have Synapse V3 installed also. It register the Naga mouse, but apparently Tartarus V1 is not compatible with Synapse 3. Is there a way to revert Synapse 2 to a previous version that works?

        the way it worked for me had to run windows updates all night i installed net frameworks latest software from microsoft and then uninstalled synapse. I then reinstalled 2.0 but it automatically prompts some sort of update on first launch so it still dident show my mouse in the tab on the software interface. Then i installed razer synapse 3.4.0630.06510 and my abyssus essential shows up there now.

      Synapse wont detect my abyssus just like many others who have the same problem with their mice not being detected I have tested most of the suggestions out there that should have worked but none have what do I do to make it detect my mouse?
