      told me to share my model and SN for the buzzing laptop charger...
      i have already sent razer support the video of the buzzing charger.
      I had to burrow my friend's high tech mic to capture the clear sound of it....
      it took me 2 hours to record it and when i finally sent it to razer.... you guys told me the batter for the laptop warranty is 1 year but charger only comes with 90 days warranty...

      i just bought a razer kraken TE. after i followed the guide to setup my headset and instal the synapse 3 software, THX spacial audio Mixer would work for arround 30 mins or so, then it will stop working. i ran windows updates. nothing change, reinstalled the software. it works for a little while then stops again.

      Hi, im Dardo and i have a issue with my mouse razer mamba (wireless 16000dpi) product:RC30-013602 and product number: rz01-01360100 *Serial number removed from public view.
      i need the software to update the firmware because i have random freez (only in the mouse) and when i start my computer if i forget disconect the mouse, showme the error "Stuck Key" if desconect the mouse the computer start well.

      Tried replying to your post on the forum but it breaks whichever browser I use. It was regarding suspected failed battery in Razer Blad Advanced Mid 2019. *Removed ticket number from public view. I'm reluctant to return the laptop as I cannot be without a computer for weeks, I rely on it for my work. If there's a replacement battery I can purchase and fit myself I'd be grateful to know about it. Thanks

        Please check the box for a scratch card containing the activation code. If there isn't one, send me the serial number of the headset along with proof of purchase so I can submit a code generation request on your behalf.

      Hello! I purchased a Razer Naga pro Wireless mouse. On Mac Os, Mojave Synapse gives the error "Please connect a razer synapse eanble device". Then I don't know what to do. Can you tell me how to solve this problem? Thank you!

        Please note that the Razer Naga Pro is not supported on Synapse 2 for macOS. I also don't see any information on if or when support for it will be added.

      hello. I have noticed you are asking people to PM you when they have focus issues. I am haing this same issue. it worked fine for a two months, now all of a sudden I cant adjust focus at all (Raxer KIYO). I have uninstalled and re installed sw. I have switched USB ports (they are working for all other USB devices). everything else in advanced settings works fine. please help!

      Hello, today I got my Razer Kraken X Lite headphones and at first, i entered the activation code for the 7.1 surround and all was good, but than i updated some of my drivers so i can enable bass boost in the enhanced tab in the windows sound settings, after that the surround died. I can't select any output device in the 7.1 surround sound interface, its just gray and i can't open the drop down menu. Please help.

      Hello, my camera and my microphone are not working and they have not been working for a while. They did work before but out of nowhere, they stopped. On Device Manager, my camera does not show up and nor does my microphone. What can I do?

        If they are not detected on the Device Manager, they are highly likely disconnected from the inside. That said, you can try to reset to a system restore point where everything was working. But if that doesn't help, you will have to send the laptop for repair.
