      I bought some Razer kraken x lite and when I try to put the activation code for the 7.1 sound software it returns it to me as invalid.

      Hi,
      I opened up a ticket because my Razer Stealth gtx 2060 just started making this really loud noise. It sounds like its going to take off. Its not fan noise. It sounds like the graphic card. Is there any test that I can do to see if its the graphic card is something else going bad?

        What sort of noise are you hearing? I'd appreciate it if you can send me the serial number and a short clip of it happening. That way, I can check if this has anything to do with coil whine.

      Hi Caziel, i am having issues with my Razer Blade 15 Base 2020 screw. I am unable to unwind the screw to remove the backplate to upgrade my SSD as the screw tends to be rounding if put too much force. I am located in Singapore. How do i go about this? I receive this laptop less than 7 days ago. It really a stressful situation here. Thank you.

      Hello, i saw the thread about Nari Mic problems and have the same problem. The mic was working just fine and then just one day, it wouldnt pick up in steam or any other apps such is discord. i have tried reinstalling drivers, updating synapsis, different usb ports, defaulting all settings... nothing works.

      Hope you are doing well. My camera is not working; it keeps saying the camera is not attached or some other app is using it, but no other app is actually using it.       Hello, Thanks for responding to my post regarding issues w/ dual external monitor. My Blade 15 has TB3 (TB Controller 15E8), not TB4. Intel DSA did not have any options to re-install TB driver. I did try manually uninstalling/reinstalling , but that did not help. Any other recommendations or help would be appreciated. I'd really like to use my 2021 razor blade 15 with dual monitors.

      Hello there, i have a problem with activation code of 7.1 surround sound, it says code is already in use, but friend who sold me the headphones had already deleted account that is connected with headphones, is there any possible way to solve this problem so I could use headphones in 100%?

        I'm sorry, but activation codes are supposed to be one-time use only, and they are non-transferrable.

      I have a problem that is not software with my razer blackwidow elite. the volume knob is very iffy with how it operates slipping and going up and down randomly. Again i am sure that it is not a software issue.

      I discovered the issue I think. One page has add to cart, the other says out of stock. I'm looking to buy the 4k 3080 because it seems to be the best computer razer offers. It's been a dream of mine to own the best. I currently use a 2018 pro. I was going to get the quadro professional 15 but 3080 blows the 5000 away in testing. What's your advice? I want the creme del la creme.

        You can't go wrong with the 3080. But if you're going to use the laptop more as a workstation, then 5000 is the better choice. Certified drivers usually take the card to a whole new level on specific apps. Feel free to PM me should you need further assistance.

      Hi! I was downloading a software update for synapse, when my computer froze, and ever since then I am unable to start the synapse software. I have tried absolutely every troubleshoot both on razer's website and different forums, NONE of them worked. I already uninstalled the drivers, reinstalled, also did 5 clean installs of Synapse itself, and it just won't launch. It's been almost a week now, please help!
