      it's all just for show.....another day passed and nothing happened, FedEx called me again and was very surprised with such a large company that can't even change their shipping service from "Economy" to "priority"

      I have a Razer Kraken Tournament edition headset and don't know where the activation code is for the 7.1 surround sound, please help

        Please note that the Kraken TE is not eligible for a 7.1 Surround Sound code. You can, however, enable THX Spatial Sound via Synapse 3.0. PM me should you need further assistance.

      Hi, I bought a Kraken 7.1 v.2 headset, and I am unaware of the location of my 'activation code' to enable the 'Surround Sound' software. If I send you the serial number, can you send me an activation code?

      Hello,

      I just recently purchased this headset and I have it connected to my Razer laptop. All my party chat friends complain about an echo they hear every time we play. They complain that they hear themselves... not me. I exhausted all sound property variations (Blizzard, WZ, Synapse, Windows) to fix this problem but can't find a solution. COD Warzone is where the main problem exists.

It says if I just register the product it will give me the activation code, but I haven't received anything.
