        You will have to get your controller replaced with something that has 1.04 or higher factory pre-installed. There is no way to update what you have to the latest firmware version. Do send me a PM so I can point you in the right direction.

        Please send me a PM with the serial number of your headset. For now, please change the default format of the mic output to 1 Channel/16bits/44100Hz via Windows Sound Settings>Recording Tab>Properties>Advanced tab> Default Format.

      I just bought a razer core x (no chroma). and I have not yet taken a graphics card among those recommended for the mac. I tried to connect the power and the tunderbolt (without card), but it seems not to light up and there is no energy in the tunderbolt. turns on only with a right card inside or my core is broken and I have to send it back to the seller? thank you so much

        It will only serve as a USB hub without a GPU. Do let me know if the problem persists after installing a graphics card.

        We no longer generate codes for the discontinued Razer Surround Pro. That said, please PM me the serial number of your headset and your email so I can check if there is an existing code linked to your account.

      Hola buenas, queria preguntar como puedo solucionar un problema con mis electra v2, me ocurre lo que muchos tambien le ocurre, se me apagan solos y tengo que desconectarlos para que el computador los reconozca nuevamente, pero aun asi no se escucha en el juego que este jugando, debo reiniciar el juego para poder usarlos

      Hello, I have a problem with the razer nari on ps4. The game wheel \ chat does not work when I lower it down it is the general sound level that drops. it does not vary absolutely from play to cat. The helmet has 15 days and it never worked. Regards,

        Do you get the same results when on a PC? As far as I know, the functionality of the headset is limited to only have static cycling lighting effects and 2.0 stereo audio output on PS4.

      I need some help because i did all that was requested in an email by razer to make my mice be detected by the synapse 2.0, but it didnt work.
      i did the clean reinstall of synapse 2.0, updated all i could as windows drivers, tried to download the framework and the other program but i already had the most updated version. erased all drivers (hiden drivers included). nothing :/
