      Hi, I have a small problem, I connected a new keyboard to the PC, the keyboard lights up rainbow and when I press a button, it stops lighting up rainbow and only lights up the pressed green buttons and the windows do not respond. I uninstalled the drivers, reinstalled Razer Synaps and I don't know if it's damaged or I'm doing something wrong.

      My mic has stopped working again finally on my nari essential headset, I have tried every thing in the forums but nothing has helped. I just bought this a couple of months ago. Should i regret my purchase? what else can be done?

      Hi, I recently got the Razer Kraken quartz headset and have only just now gotten round to registering the product, however, I have since thrown away the product packaging which I'm lead to believe has the product number on. I currently have the serial number as this is on the product but cannot continue with the process as I do not have the product number. Please help me asap. And how to PM you?

        Where did you get the headset? I honestly would've returned it right after opening the box, but PM me the serial number so I can help you troubleshoot. By the way, are you getting a popup message when you plug in the mic jack?

      Expriencing after the update pie. Issue on charging my RP1. After 3 days suddenly it wouldn't charge using official charger..did check the charger and cable itself. Restart it went totally shutdown. Pressing the power button and vol + for 10 - 15 sec doesn't turn on, using third parties charger it goes charging but went back to shutdown state. Did perform factory reset more than twice yet the problem doesn't solve.

        Have you tried using another phone charger to test? I have not heard about an update disabling a device's ability to charge, so this is a first. Do send me a PM with the serial number of your RP1.

        You should use the serial number. You can find it on the box that it came with and on the left cup. There is one on the headset as well, and you can consult the master guide to locate it.

      Hello, my Razor Kraken headphone's microphone will not work. It doesn't show up as an input, i have watched many tutorials, followed them correctly but it seems i don't have what they are showing.

      Hello, my mic is not working on razer Nari. I just got the headset 2 days ago and its been off and on. I use it on discord and it saw the mic yesterday but then after a while, it cuts out. I even reinstalled razer synapse to try to get it to work.

      The mic of my Razer Nari Ultimate stoped working and if i look it up in synapse you put sidetone to hear the mic you can hear it, so the mic isn't really broke... I need HELP! i mean even on my mom's laptop it works perfect. Please Help.

      Olá, adquiri um razer kraken pro v2 e ao cadastrar ele no site não recebi o código de ativação no e-mail, onde poderia lhe enviar as informações do produto?
      O e-mail está correto e já foi verificado.
      Também não consigo abrir o programa de configuração do fone, já instalei e desinstalei mil vezes, consegui abrir apenas a versão anterior, mas pede o numero de ativação
