“W” key not working.

The “W” key on my Blackwidow Chroma is not working smoothly. I need to press harder in order for it to register to the system. I suspect it’s the hardware problem, how do i fix it?

Blow an air into the key (or you can use an isopropyl alcohol, which is 100% safe for electronics) to remove dust etc.
If it will not help - only RMA.
