【HELP】The device sound is strange and there is no game sound when recording

This is the first Razer product I recently purchased using Blackshark V2.
When recording with Nvidia Share (Shadow Play), there is no game sound from THX SPATIAL AUDIO
Razer USB Sound plays game sound instead
I'm in trouble because I can't record or broadcast
I don't know if it's a setting error or a specification
Please let me know if anyone knows

There is no game sound from THX SPATIAL AUDIO


Check:
1-Press windows key and just start typing : "sound mixer options" and change "output"
[ you can check your input devices from: "manage input devices " press windows key and type it ]
2-Go to volume mixer, make sure Nvidia Container is 100% volume
3-Open Shadow play "settings" - open "Audio" pick your desire input and click on "create a single track"
4-Go to "device manager" make sure "Nvidia virtual audio device" is Enabled.
