  1. Same issue for me too. Razer surround / Pro is not working anymore after the latest patch from Microsoft.

    Razer wake up please.

    You can't blame Razer tho. Razer is not issued by Micorsoft that the latest patch from Microsoft will screw up their current software at the point where Microsoft release new patch.

    A lot of people are having issues. We should expect a Synapse update soon so all of these problems get fixed. I´m sorry you are still having trouble... Hopefully it will work as intended soon enough.
  4. Not blaming. Issue has been reported almost 4 days ago and we didn't get any official answer yet. That is why I asked razer support / technical team to wake up and take a closer look to this problem as soon as possible.

    yeah it was the Problem with Latest Update from Microsoft Razer Replied me and here is the Good News Razer already Fixed this Surround compatibility just go to Synapse and check for Update maybe you need to Install update 2 or 3 times but if not showing check for updates again for me after 3 times update its Finally came Back.

    Apparently the latest Windows 10 update created a major incompatibility issue with Razer Synapse.

    Had some issues Login in to Cortex and zVault yesterday. Luckely I already had my gameplay done till then ^^)
    Still it is a moment of shivering and shakey hands with a questionmark over ones head

    I'm a Mac user.
    iMac i7 - 32GB de RAM - SSD
    macOS High Sierra 10.13.3 beta (17D29a)

    Razer Blackwidow Chroma
    Razer Naga Epic Chroma

    Synapse v1.81 does not go well with macOS High Sierra.
    my most serious problems now are with the keystrokes:

    - the keys are locked repeatedly and the Mac goes crazy!

    - when I am typing text, many times the character is not typed pressed:

    - I have to press it several times to write it down.
    - It also happens to me many times with the delete key.
    - etc

    Synapse gives me so many problems that I have created a APP to exit the Razer processes and restart them...

    killall RzDeviceEngine
    killall RzUpdater

    it really sucks!

    I have a user in iMac that doesn't load synapse at startup, so I can work...

    I just updated both Razer Cortex and Razer Synapse 3 beta , but there's no update for Razer Synapse 2 yet. Hope the Razer Surround got fix as soon as possible too.

    Hey the only problem I'm having is using 2.0 with 3.0, lol. I have a lot of razer products some still only work on 2.0, ugh would be nice to use both. would be epic to use my hue lights... but if i use both (lot drives) i can't get into 2.0 at all. I super hope there's a way around this one day.

    Cortex have update but still not get zsilver. I made restart to pc and app, nohting dosent help. Now i cant uninstall win security update. yesterday i made uninstall but it automaticly install back. Hope soon they fix the problem and lets hope they rewarded us a bonus zsilver.

    That's weird, I earning zsilver and it seems fine. Maybe you should reinstall Cortex ?

    For the current issue with Razer software,
    Guys i will suggest you all to please Uninstall the latest Microsoft Patch/Update for time being and you will not have any problem until Razer fix this issue.

    I wouldn't recommend doing that. The patch was rushed out because information surrounding the Meltdown/Spectre vulnerabilities was made public.
