2 Step Authentication or OTP Issues
I didn't receive the OTP and i can't access the authentication app because i lost my previous phone. I already opened a ticket but they didn't respond yet. What should i do? Idon't have backup code anymore

You can either LiveChat for immediate response or wait for them to reply your ticket.
Just to make sure you open ticket to correct channel which is Razer ID Support to get help on recovering your account.
