Anyone can output 4K Netflix on this laptop to an external monitor/TV? Or anything that requires HDCP 2.2?

I've been enjoying 4K Netflix on this laptop, and I could have sworn at the time I bought it that the Razer page said it had HDCP 2.2 (something I would have almost definitely checked but I could be wrong). I recently got a 4K LG 27UD88, which is HDCP 2.2 compliant. Netflix doesn't do 4K to this monitor, either over the Stealth's HDMI port or Thunderbolt connected through a Plugable TBT3-UDV Thunderbolt 3 dock (both its HDMI and Displayport outputs). I've also run the Cyberlink UHD Bluray Advisor tool and it fails HDCP 2.2.

From some googling, it seems the very first Kaby Lake processors like this i7-7500u didn't have HDCP 2.2 in their first revisions. This review from 2016 mentions it in passing:
And this info page for the 7560u also mentions something similar:
There are also these spec pages pages for the i7-7500u which imply that only the sSpec SR341 of this CPU offers HDCP 2.2, and the previous sSpec SR2ZV does not. Besides that one difference, these sSpecs seem to be identical otherwise.
