So I recently bought a used 2016 Razer Blade (GTX 1060 model) from Ebay. Upon arrival it immediately started showing signs of the dreaded screen flicker. It's out of warranty, but I'm a CompTIA A+ certified computer tech so I figured I'd be able to solve what seems like a simple driver issue. The problem mostly happens when the computer is on battery, Windows Explorer is maximized and there is a lot of ssd activity, but I've seen it happen plugged in as well. Long story short: I've tried literally every possible fix that has been posted online, but nothing has completely fixed it and I'm pretty irritated at this point, needless to say. Basically I just want to know what my options are at this point. Will Razer support even entertain the idea of a replacement if it's out of warranty? I'm not at all interested in sending it in to Razer to have them "repair" it only for the problem to not be solved.
