What was the suggestion?

using Intel driver & support assistant program to update all drivers, or restore to factory.

Did you try using older nvidia driver as well, in case the issue occurred after you updated it.

UPDATE! LIGHTROOM CC is making my laptop crash and I have no idea why, I can play games perfectly fine and the rep has gone through every single option even factory restoring the laptop, I have fully started new again and fully updated my laptop and installed Lightroom CC again and the problem still happens!!! ><
Hi, i have the Razer Blade 15 1060 Base 2018 and having the similar BSOD issues.

Lightroom was the issue but nothing fixed it so I RMAd it.
Did they find a cause for it hardware wise?
Hi, I was wondering if there was a fix to this... My Blade 15 Base 1060 (2018) + Core X 2070 keeps freezing and I can't figure out why! First I thought it was because of enabling G-Sync on a FreeSync display. but it freezes even when it's disconnected from everything. even on battery. I've tried resetting everything. I've even reinstalled the Windows. Don't know what to do! the odd thing is, it doesn't happen when I'm playing any game. it happens in desktop, sometimes even when idle! and the worst part is, I'm a graphic designer and it freezes when I'm working! (yes, the problem was still there when I hadnt have my programs installed!)
Maybe I just shouldnt work on a gaming laptop!!! o_O

What fixed my problem was not using drivers from NVIDIA, I just updated through windows update!
I'm gonna try something new. I'll let u guys know if it worked.

Same issue here I use premiere pro & only crashes when idle or when working, but not while gaming
I believe I have found the solution. I've been using my system free of freezes for over a week now. So I've decided it's time to let others know about it.
Head to Razer support page, find your system and download all the drivers provided there:
http://drivers.razersupport.com//index.php?_m=downloads&_a=view&parentcategoryid=350&nav=0
(since I changed both storages on my Blade on the very first day that I bought it, I had to install the Windows myself. so I guess Windows update couldn't handle my Blade needs properly!)
These are the ones I downloaded:
- Razer Blade Intel ME Firmware
- NVIDIA GeForce GTX1060 Max-Q Driver (yes it's kinda old, but it seems it was needed cuz I'm using an eGPU with Razer Core X. more details are down below)
- Intel UHD Graphics 630 Driver
- Intel Management Engine Interface
- Thunderbolt 3 Driver
- Intel Chipset Driver
- Intel SGX

So here is what I did, and I think it's important:
Downloaded the mighty DDU (Driver Uninstaller)
Entered Windows Safe Mode
Uninstalled both the Intel and NVidia drivers
back in Windows normal mode, disconnected the internet to prevent unwanted Windows Updates meddling!
(there was no BIOS update available, if there was, It was essential to get and install it first)
First Installed all Intel related drivers, starting with Chipset, Management Engine, SGX, Thunderbolt3 and the Razer Blade Intel ME Firmware.
then after a Windows restart, I installed the Intel VGA driver
then I installed that old GeForce driver I got from Razer Support. (by this u will avoid the confliction of not recognizing one of your GPUs (internal or external) properly. cuz this driver only recognizes your internal GPU. which in my case is the 1060 MaxQ. I think you can skip this part if you are not using external GPU.
then installed the latest Nvidia (DCH version of course!) driver. it recognized my RTX 2070 without any error sign next to my 1060 MaxQ in Device Manager.

THE ODD THING is Razer does NOT suggest using "Razer GPU Switcher" with Razer Core X! but I encountered some issues not using it! so I strongly suggest you guys to use it!
You can find it here under Razer Core V2 section:

As I said, no freezing issues for over a week now and G-Sync is working with my FreeSync monitor without crapping the desktop environment experience.

Thank you guys for reading. If it helped you, just let me know.
