Looking for a little help here.
As the thread title suggests, I have a 2018 Razer Balde 15 Advanced which I absolutely love. I recently noticed my back-lit logo wasn't on. Long story short, I remember turning it off in synapse last year around May. I know that's a long time to go without noticing but that's what happened.
Anyway going back into synapse and adjusting the settings I cannot get the logo to light up. I have tried deleting synapse and downloading the latest version. I have also tried deleting the logo software in device manager and reinstalling it to no avail. I am hoping to avoid a factory reset if possible.
