2019 Early Blade 15 overheating shutdown

Hi,
I got my Razer Blade 15 2019 early version this February, I love it so much. And It worked well until I found there is something wrong with fan control which leads the blade shutdown itself due overheating. It's like the fan speed won't increase while gaming even the temperature is nearly 100 degree.

I did restore my system through Razer Restore Mode(the F9 thing), and it became normal once last night. But the problem is here again today.

Really need some help!!!
