$2500 built to die, what can I do?
Got my razer blade 15 last April, love the thing so much, it's a shame that in it's very design it's built to kill itself after a year. Warranty is designed to expire before they fix your battery, and you're really just left with this RTX time bomb. I'm a very handy man but I know when something is past my pay grade, and this laptop certainly is. It clogs like a toilet and the battery swells like a balloon, no matter your monthly deep cleaning routine. So if the option is even available (which it doesn't seem to be), how much is razer going to charge for simply replacing this battery, and how often am I expected to do so? I've already purchased a new device, I want this one out and sold.

Hi zagFourThrees,
I'm sorry to hear about the problem and I understand where you coming from. I would love to help you get a replacement battery for your laptop. Please PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and start a case so I can raise your concern to the relevant team who will check our options in providing you with a replacement battery. I'm looking forward to hearing from you soon, thanks!
