In last 2 years i have 3 critical support cases with Razer Support.
NOT ONE TIME DID THEY SOLVE MY PROBLEMS
I have 3 Razer Products, 2 of them usually works, random failures. Last it was Brand new KEYBOARD Cynosa Chroma double clicking NumPad keys on 0 and 6, fixed after 8 months, random. No idea, one day it just worked. Now installing Tartarus Chroma and Synapse 2, Nothing detected in Software, only windows. Works normal with the setup i used like 1 year ago prob from saved profil on Razer ID.
HELP FIX THIS, u wont see me anymore, cuz RAZER PRODUCTS GOING IN THE TRASH when i get my next salary.
