  1. 1st Razer blade stealth 512 4k: broken mouse tracker, 5 days worth of emails and reinstalling razer synapse.

1 month later after shipping and emails

2nd Razer blade stealth 128 qhd: broken fan that is choking from its innards.

    1 month later

3rd Razer blade stealth 128 qhd: left fan seems caught in something, scratches on charger and side of usb c port. Wont charge. (felt cheated after spending good money to get a used broken system)

Awaiting for another replacement (wanted refund with free shipping). They will not back up their product.

Conclusion: i will keep doing RMA till they send me a decent product, then debate if i want to refund it after i can play with the RBS for more than 4 hours without something going wrong.

Tell me guys, how much tries till you got a decent RBS?

If I were you, I would find a local Microsoft stores and have them boot it up in store untill you find one that is not damaged.
  3. Unfortunately they only sell 4k models. They do provide 15% off for students but I need the qhd model for longer battery life.

Thus my purchase from razer store. School is over now though after 3 months of emails and shipping. Still waiting on my rma for the 4th system.

It might be the shipping issue, have personally faced some handling issue during shipping.

I was considering shipping from US, however if all the Blades shipped all the way here (Australia) were faulty, I would have to pay pretty immense fees to send them back. Lucky the Blade Stealth came out today. :D

I just got mine today from the US. Had a couple of wifi issues but I uninstalled the preloaded driver and installed the ones direct from the killer website and its all good now.

No other issues that Ive read other users have had so far like unbalanced rubber strips / charger issues etc.

Pretty satisfied with it and I managed to save $160aud.

  14. I've been pretty satisfied with mine as well. Good luck w/ the RMA, I hope it gets resolved this round.
  15. I took had 3 Razer blade stealths, 2 QHD and 1 UHD. Returned all three. Went with the 2015 blade, owned one before and loved it. Waiting for blade pro pascal or new Razer blade 14 with pascal late 2016/2017.

I mean, you could get your hopes up for a Razer Blade Pro later this year (maybe), but probably forget about the next Blade 14 till the refresh in 2017.

Jeez. One thing I've realized about Razer's systems is that it seems like Razer has really good build quality, but then they have terrible quality control over what gets out to their customers. I mean, maybe they need to start hiring more QC technicians to work in their Chinese factories/production lines so weird things like that and like mine doesn't happen as much.

Well that one can be solved easily: unscrew, place the bottom cover properly and fix it with screws.
