Synapse poor performance and loading issues
I have posted about this twice before, Ive been told to contact someone directly by DM and have done that now twice - the conversation is still live. But they are ignoring me. I have now counted 12 days total that I am awaiting a response AFTER I have been asked to provide information, WHICH I HAVE DONE!

You make it difficult for me to check for your responses. Sending multiple one line PMs a day and putting up multiple threads will only get you flagged as a spammer. I already told you this, don't blame the system if you get muted.
