hello
my touch screen not working
i do a format and create from scratch my razer via image (i downloaded from razer.com via my serial number)
after several update and finally i have win 11 after update
my bios is finally 2.02 version

in the device manager of windows i saw i have another problem
Device Descriptor Request Failed (Unknown USB device)
and at the human interface device miising touch screen

pls help

Did you already try these steps? If that didn't work, PM me the serial number so I can start a case and forward your concern to the RMA Team for a possible repair request.
