7.1 Surround App won't open

So, I just bought a Kraken X, was kinda excited to test the 7.1 surround feature. Went into the website to download the software, installed it and opened it. When it opes, only the Razer AppEngine appears on the tray and the surround app doesn't initialize. Even if I log into my razer ID in the AppEngine, I just doesn't start. I even went as far as registering the product to make sure it worked.... And yes, I'm on a Windows 10 64 Bits

There's a debug file in the program folder, every time I try to open 7.1 Surround, this show up in the debug.log:

" ERROR:registration_protocol_win.cc(84)] TransactNamedPipe: The pipe has been ended. (0x6D)" " ERROR:registration_protocol_win.cc(56)] CreateFile: The system cannot find the file specified. (0x2)"
I have the same issue
I also have the same issue, it seems to work when you first install it and run, but after you exit and rerun it doesn't work, also the autostartup doesn't seem to be implemented.
Mine didn't open after installed. But I figured it out...

For some reason the installer sent the folder AppData - on Users folder - to a new User - non existing before the installation, so check your Users folder for different users, and if there is a different one just move the AppData folder to your current user.

я have same trouble, pls help))

I sent what fixed it for me above. I just had to move the AppData folder of the Razer app to the correct user, on Users folder. For some reason the installer sometimes sends these folders to the wrong, or non existing, user.

Hey guys, I've had the same issue but I just managed to find something that has worked, I have 2 separate drives, an SSD and a HDD, and I haven't refined my storage management, so I had 2 Users folders. I went to "C:\\Users\\Admin\\AppData\\Local\\Razer\\RzAppEngine\\User Data" in one file explorer and "E:\\Users\\Admin\\AppData\\Local\\Razer\\RzAppEngine\\User Data" on another window and noticed that my C drive folder did not contain the "Apps" folder, while my E Drive folder did. after copying "Apps" to my C drive, running 7.1 surround opened the software. I hope this helps

My problem was the same but with only one drive, folders in different users because the installation sent folders to the wrong place. The fix is the same as I said before, so no news here. But thanks for your reply anyways
