7.1 Surround Sound Activation Code Lost

Hey so recently I remembered my Razer Kraken Pro's came with a 7.1 activation code back in 2016, however, I have lost the code and now unable to activate it again. I still have the same account, I can prove with my email being set up to the razer in 2016. I can also prove I have the headset if photos of me holding or wearing would be of any validity, etc. Yet I have lost my code from my younger self getting rid of it along with the box. Is there anything I can do to get my code back so I can use 7.1, or will I have to buy another headset?

Edit #1:
I remember the 7.1 surround sound set up being a helicopter flying around the users head so that you'd be able to see which direction it was going on the screen and make sure it was mapped correctly.

Oh and this is also my first time using razer insider which is why it says new member

You won't need another activation code if you are using the same Razer ID. That said, do send me the serial number of the headset, along with the email address you used to register the device. I can use those to check for existing surround sound keys.
