I purchased the Razer Homerun Bundle from Costco a little while ago and installed all the Razer software that my hardware supports.
I didn't have an activation code in the box for my Kraken V3 X for the 7.1 Surround Sound, so I registered the product to my Razer account so I would receive the activation code through my email.
I never received an activation code, even after waiting a few weeks. I checked my spam and junk folders as well. Thank you.
