How do I get an Activation Send via support/Email?
I did not get one in my purchased product box. I have registered the product on my profile, still asks for the Activation Code.
I purchased a Razer Kraken
Can someone point me in the correct direction at least pls.

Have a Tiamat headset for my desktop rig but for my laptop I wanted to use the 7.1 surround sound for windows. Installed but do not have a code. I registered my Tiamat head set but no email with any code.
Any idea where we get the code ?

Same issue for me also.
I was told if I regstered then one would be sent out just as it says here - https://www.razer.com/7.1-surround-sound
but it;s been 4 days and I haven't received one.

I have the same issue here, is a synapse 3 update problem... im still waiting too... so bad.
same problem here with my Razer Krakken X
I had it activated but now that I had to reinstall synapse and surround, its gone even though my account says that I have a kraken headset
where is my COOOODE???
