hi there, I've downloaded the 7.1 surround sound app for my razer kraken pro V2 however it said activate a product so I did and I haven't received a activation code what should i do to get my code.

After registering a device, you need to wait 24 to 72 hours for the activation code to be sent via email. You can also check your spam/junk folder. If you haven't received it yet, please send me the serial number of your headset via PM and the email address linked to your Razer ID.
