7.1 Surround Sound Activation not found.
I purchased Razer Blackshark V2 X, but did not receive any activation scratch card for 7.1 Surround sound activation. can Razer help me obtain my activation code?

Once you register RAZER product to your RAZER ID, you will receive a 7.1 SS activation code to the email address you have registered within a week.
If it has been more then a week, wait for one of the RAZER official support to be in contact with you through this thread.
