I just purchased the Razer Kraken X headset 5 days ago but when I tried using the licence code it said it was invalid. While scratching the code some of the numbers/letters were faded but I could still somewhat decode it. I registered my product thinking I might get the licence emailed but I guess that's just for certain products. Now I'm left wondering what to do.

Hi there! Thanks for posting your inquiry here. Were you able to register your Razer Kraken X? Please send me the following:

a. Photo of the activate card showing the code
b. The error message while activating the code.
c. The email address that is associated to your Razer ID
