7.1 Surround Sound program not opend

hi

I purchased Razer blackshark v2 x today.
I accessed razer.com/7.1-surround-sound and installed the program,
but the 7.1 Surround Sound program did not open.

Sound settings - Playback - 7.1 Surround Sound is created, but it does not work.

I've rebooted and reinstalled a lot, but the symptoms are the same.

Multiple Razer AppEngines are created in Task Manager.

Please remove ALL razer software from your PC, then use this tool to remove all drivers/leftovers: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj
After this REBOOT PC, and then install Synapse/7.1 Surrond app (as administrator).
