7.1 Surround Sound with Razer MEKA headset

I recently downloaded Razer's 7.1 Surround Sound software to get the best audio experience for my headset, but I don't know where to get my activation code. I have the Razer MEKA headset and I registered it on my Razer ID, I have my entire account set up and ready to go but I haven't received an email with my activation code. Is the software even compatible with the MEKA headset? Why haven't I received an email yet? Or is the activation code somewhere in the product manual (I still have the headset box). Please someone help 😨

Please note that the Razer D.Va MEKA is not eligible for an activation code for the newer 7.1 surround sound. If it's a recent purchase, you also won't be able to get an activation code for the discontinued Razer Surround Pro.
