7.1 surround sound

Hey guys
so I have bought the razer kraken and I have downloaded the 7.1 surround sound app
but every time I restart my pc I need to redownload the 7.1, so I can change volume on my pc. even if I have it on 0 it is still at max volume. Does anyone know how to fix this problem??

Hello there! Were there any changes made to your system before you installed the 7.1 Surround sound (after installing the Windows updates)? Please send me a PM together with the video showing the issue so I can help you accordingly. Let's continue from there.
